It's available for download here:<br /> <a href="http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/#Gravity_Forms_Logging_Tool" rel="nofollow">http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/#Gravity_Forms_Logging_Tool</a></p> <p>Upload and activate that like any WordPress plugin, then navigate to Forms &gt; Settings &gt; Logging, and activate logging for Gravity Forms and the add-on you're trying to troubleshoot. Then, test your forms, and return to this page. After log files have been created, there will be a link to them next to the drop down where you configured the log level.</p> <p>Track it over a little while and see if any errors pop-up. Maybe there are connection issues between your server and Authorize.net? </p>
