I assumed it did but I just made a test (auth.net acct is in test mode) and it seems to have gone through even with incorrect billing address. We are seeing ~15% of our entries in Gravity Forms with no associated entry at Authorize.net.</p> <p>These records are display the following characteristics inside of each Gravity Forms record:</p> <ul> <li>Payment Status: Approved</li> <li>Transaction Id: N/A</li> <li>Payment Amount: $0.00</li> <li>Total: NULL</li> </ul> <p>These records have NO associated data at Authorize.net. I went through and tested multiple fake card numbers, incorrect addresses, etc and wasn't able to reproduce this issue.</p> <p>Any idea what may be causing this? I have my forms secured with a basic SSL certificate, but I'm not sure that's enough.</p> <p>When a purchaser enters credit card info into my form, are those credit card fields housed in an iframe and actually on an authorize.net server or are the fields actually residing in my form, on my web server?</p> <p>My (limited) understanding is that if the fields are housed within my form, on my web server, then an SSL cert isn't actually very secure.</p> <p>I'm finding few if any details about the security of the Authorize.net plugin.
