			<description>&#60;p&#62;You can manually overwrite the files in the plugin folder via ftp. The data is stored in the database and won't be affected. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Of course, it's always a good idea to export and backup your forms and your database tables from time to time just to be safe. If you don't know how to backup the database manually, something like &#60;a href=&#34;http://pluginbuddy.com/purchase/backupbuddy/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;backupbuddy&#60;/a&#62; is a great investment.
