Yes, the receiver has access to the WP Admin. Sounds like it will work perfectly! I'm so excited to get it working. Thank you!

Hello! I was just about to respond to your email when I saw you had posted here as well.

Who would be receiving the email you are referring to? Someone with admin access to the WordPress administration panel? If so then you can easily do this by editing the notification email so that it only contains the data you want.

You can setup the notification email so that it contains no fields at all, and just notifies you that you have received a new form submission. The notification email does not need to contain any of the fields.

This is based on the assumption that the email you are referring to is the email received by whoever is notified when a form is submitted (this is configurable) and NOT the user submitting the form as they would not have access to the Gravity Forms administration.

I work on a small medical website and we are looking for a contact form that writes to a db as yours does, but because of HIPPA rules, we need the actual email to only send a message saying, check the database for full message, rather than including the info in the actual email. Is this possible with your tool as is, or do you offer customization such as this for a fee? Thank you for your quick reply!
