Kevin - Many thanks - I redid the HTML and pasted it in and have now got the line breaks and HyperLinks etc. working in a Terms item before the submit button.

Nope, it's not related to that. That issue was in the email notifications and has been corrected in the latest release. Are you using actual HTML markup/tags in the description field? If not, you should because line breaks are not automatically converted to paragraphs/breaks in that area.

When I enter text it looks fine with breaks etc. but in preview it he's lost all line and paragraph breaks. It the issue related to the bug in the latest GF version that if have seen reported on this site? See http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/email-notification-to-user-does-not-contain-any-line-breaks

The section break description field is HTML enabled. You can use normal HTML markup in there to create paragraphs, breaks, add images, etc. The Ready Class style has no bearing on that.. it simply formats the title and adds the overflow properties to create the scrolling.

DerekG on "Can Conditional Logic Cope With Several Levels of Complexity?"

After a pre-purchase discussion on the forum (Gravity Forms Capability? 25/03/2012) I have purchased a developer version of Gravity forms and I am seeking some advice on the direction to take and the extent to which Gravity Forms Conditional Logic can resolve issues associated with building a Ski Lodge Booking Request Form to closely replace this .pdf form -http://attungaskilodge.com.au/Documents/AttungaBookingForm.pdf.

Ideally I would like to develop a smart for that, using pricing fields, can calculate the totals (rather than have customers fill in rates and calculate their own total $'s from the website rate sheet) for the booking but I am unsure whether Gravity Forms can handle the complexity of the rate table and, if it can, how to approach the logic to make it work.

The levels of complexity are (see rate table http:/attungaskilodge.com.au/Documents/Attunga2012AccRates.pdf):

•	Different rates for date defined seasons – Peak, Shoulder & Summer
•	Different rates for: members, members partners, non-members
•	Different rates for: Members Children 13-16yrs, Members Children 2-13yrs, Members Children under 2yrs (free),
•	Different rates for: Non-members Children 13-16yrs, Non-members Children 2-13yrs, Non-members Children under 2yrs (free)

I have made a start on the form and I am experimenting with layout (difficult to fit all fields on the one line as per form – e.g. http:/attungaskilodge.com.au/Documents/AttungaGravity.pdf ) and, more importantly how to attack the logic necessary to cover the different rates over different seasons and different types of client/pricing (which is date and client type dependant) to arrive at a $ total.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We are aware of the issue and have already patched it internally. An update will be released later today that addresses this issue. Keep an eye out for automatic updates to appear and install the update when you see it is available. Check for updates by going to the Updates menu item under Forms.

@Rob Harrell, thanks for the link to that thread but that is not the problem. The problem is that the email notifications that the end user receives after filling out the form are unformatted even if you format them in the html/visual editor. The email received is just a one big long sentence without any breaks almost looking like there were no returns when the email was created. This has occurred since the most recent update of gravity forms. What can be done to correct the problem? I've had to turn off all email notifications on client's sites so that my clients don't look unprofessional when people fill out their forms. Any help to resolve this is much appreciated.

The visual editor is displaying the message correctly with line breaks. The actual email doesn't.
