OK, here is an update; ALL of my forms in the site have this problem. Additionally, the users get no notification e mails.
This wasn't the case a week ago, so I thought there might be some kind of conflict due to a change I made. But I hav'nt insalled any new plugins... I tryed deactivating all my non GF plugins and renaming my functions.php (so it won't work) but the problem persisted. The only thing I can think of is that a update might have caused this.
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you

Hello
I have a form that is not passing the User login and user email to notifications or entries.
I put the User login and user email as "Admin only" simlpe line text fields. I also tried putting an email field for the e mail, or just not putting any relevant fiels at all and requireing the notification e mail to send the user e-mail and login. Nothing is working.
I have other forms on the same site that do not have the problem.
What sould i do?
If I delete the form and rebuild it from scrach, could this issue be resolved?

Would the extra fields have any other downside except for the effort to make them? If not, think I might prefer my thought aestheticly.
If there are other downsides, could you give me some guidelines on how to implement the custom jQuery?
Thanks.

Doing what you described using conditional logic isn't going to cause database problems. But it does mean you'll have to use more fields than necessary to implement something like this. Doing it with a single checkbox field using some custom jQuery would be less cumbersome.

OK, thanks.
Would the solution I thought of work? Or could it cause database problems, or other bugs?

Both Radio Buttons and Drop Downs are single selection fields. So they only allow a user to select one of the available choices.

Checkboxes are multi-selection fields and the Multi-Select field itself is also a multiple selection field. So you would need to use one of those.

Currently the ability to set a minimum and maximum number of selections is not a built in feature of Checkboxes or the Multi-Select field. You would need to implement this as a jQuery customization if you wanted to do something like that.
