The form builder interacts with a specific set of database tables and only those tables. It isn't setup to interact with any custom database setup.</p> <p>You could use a form and using either the confirmation page redirect (which can pass all the data to a confirmation page which can then process it) or the available API hooks to take the data and then insert it into any database you want.</p> <p>However the forms are designed to be used on the front end of the site, not the back end.
