Thanks Carl. Count me as +1 for adding that feature. The FB API has that create/send feature listed now.

(Like I mentioned, Formstack has that feature on their forms, but I'd be happier to host my own forms. Obviously, I could roll my own system, but I'd prefer to purchase a completed solution.)

I'll check back, or maybe you could notify me if you add it.

Thanks.

The Gravity Forms add-on can create clients, invoices or estimates upon form submission.

It can't, however, initiate FreshBooks sending that invoice or estimate to the user. It only creates them in FreshBooks for you to review and then complete.

The ability to automatically send invoices and estimates was not possible with the FreshBooks API when we created the add-on so it wasn't possible at the time. It is something we will look at adding in the future.

I'm interested in Freshbooks integration via your Freshbooks plugin, but there is very little info publicly available on your website.

Is there more info about the plugin that I can read about somewhere on your site?

I looked on the Freshbooks add-ons page, and there's no mention of Gravity Forms there; only WuFoo, Setster, Typepad, and Formstack.

(I'm demoing Formstack, but would prefer to host my own forms that integrate with Freshbooks.)

Can I assume that the same functions are available through Gravity Forms;

-- create FreshBooks clients and invoices directly from your website
-- create a client, then email/send an invoice or estimate upon creating your new client

I develop Wordpress websites, so I'd love to use the conditional feature to create a form that...

-- creates a new client in my Freshbooks as a default, and then
-- offers the choice of adding a product or service, which would then create and send an invoice for said product or service.

I would be okay with doing so via a separate form for each product/service.

Thanks in advance for your answer.
