That is correct. Product fields are not editable by design. The entry is not designed to be edited after it is created. The authorize.net transaction and the form entry are disconnected after the form is submitted and the transaction is processed. You could modify the entry directly in the database if you needed to, but that is not really user-friendly.

This is the first request we have had for modifying an order after it was processed by authorize.net. I'll tag it as a feature request and bring it to the attention of the development team.

That's fine, but how can I make my orders reflect changes that I made in Authorize.net? If I gave a partial refund from Authorize.Net, how do I edit that entry in Gravity Forms to reflect the new total? That way reports aren't messed up. Currently, after an entry has been submitted, there is no way to modify it. It just tells you "Product fields are not editable".

Once the form is processed by Gravity Forms, the management of the order needs to be handled with Authorize.net.

Is there a way to refund an order from WordPress or do you have to login to authorize.net and do it from there? What happens if an order needs to be modified? How does this plugin handle changes in the total amount?

Thanks,
