Product fields are not editable by design. The entry is not designed to be edited after it is created. The authorize.net transaction and the form entry are disconnected after the form is submitted and the transaction is processed. You could modify the entry directly in the database if you needed to, but that is not really user-friendly.</p> <p>This is the first request we have had for modifying an order after it was processed by authorize.net. If I gave a partial refund from Authorize.Net, how do I edit that entry in Gravity Forms to reflect the new total? That way reports aren't messed up. Currently, after an entry has been submitted, there is no way to modify it.
