Well, and or either or. I have a situation where I want the info in the forms to be sent to people that are not even involved in the site, but use the info to make arrangements for courses.

So are you saying you want the ability to have an admin notification AND another notification that isn't tied to an email field?

You could always setup the admin notification to go to multiple email addresses.

One of the options with all of the form fields is the ability to make the field visibility set to admin only.

Admin only fields are not the same as hidden fields as they do not appear on the frontend of your form, they only appear in the admin. You can still populate them dynamically like you can regular fields and hidden fields.

Here is a quick post we did about the admin only field option:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-feature-highlight-admin-only-visibility/

Setting a field as admin only can allow you to use it for things like status, priority, etc.

I would like to request that "notification email" is added to the form itself so that notifications can be sent to some other than an "administrator" for any specific form, and without the need to add a "client" e-mail field.

I would like to request custom fields to be added to forms and fields (and options in the multi-option fields), just like custom fields to a post in WP.

I wish to add "internal" fields that I can use for writing reporting and other extensions.

Some can of course be solved with hidden fields, but it's not secure enough to let some information make roundtrips to the client.
