The account/email address that you're using is not in our system. </p> <p>@monthlyreview - the same goes for you. You need to use the email address you used to purchase the forms. That's the only way our system knows to give you the correct access.</p> <p>Try editing your profile and changing your email address to the PayPal email you used. That should get everything ironed out for you. I have changed the email address on the first account (I couldn't find a way to remove the account) so I could create a new account (user name = CarlGrainger) in case the account needed to be created after purchase for the link to the License Code to work. But this still has not given me access to the documentation and support pages. Instead I get the "License Required" page.<br /> I have an urgent project I neew to work on today and this is difficult with no documentation.
