I was looking at e-path also. I tested the integration using the built in gravity forms redirection (form settings - confirmation - redirection) and the e-path demo system. Set your redirect to http://e-path.com.au/demo1/demo1/demo1.php and choose the pass data via query stringsetup query string.

You can use merge tags from your form for the data needed by e-path. e-path have documented the stuff they need on their site http://www.e-path.com.au/integration.html

My example query string was

des={Widgets (Name):4.1}&ord={entry_id}&amt={Widgets (Price):4.2}&frq=Once Only&ceml={user:user_email}&ret=http://www.mysite.com.au/thankyou.html

The integration seems to work fine however I did notice that e-path don't do basic checking to see if a card is valid (you can even type letters in the credit card number field). I also did not get any email confirmation from them of the submission of the card details . I don't want to accept amex / diners but it is on the list so customers may use them. And there is no cancel and return to your website option (cancel url). On the demo system you can enter expired cards (back to 2009 even) . Also there is no e-path field for CCV. My merchant MOTO account needs ccv to process cards.

I want to create a custom payment gateway intergration in Gravity forms. I am creating a registration form and on submit, I want the form to post to a payment gateway (e-path.com.au) using the data captured on gravity forms.

I don't miss this, but another idea might be to add EDIT THIS FORM -> FORM NAME to the admin bar for any form that is present on the page/post

Carl - that would be way cool. I miss not being able to go directly from looking at a form to the edit screen in one click. What would really be cool is to add a link to the WP admin bar that says "Edit this Form", similar to "Edit this Page".

Thanks.

The Edit Form link was removed in Gravity Forms v1.6 because we had far more complaints, questions, etc. related to it then the feature appeared to be worth.

I think you are the first user i've encountered to give it a thumbs up, that isn't a negative. I just usually hear from users that they dislike that we output it or it's presence confuses them because they think everybody can see it.

What we may be able to do is implement a hook that allows you to re-enable this feature if desired.

And how do I get it back? Ideally, I'd like to be able to specify which logged in users see the link, or have the link only show to users who have permissions that allow them to edit the forms.

I have solved the problem, the form needs to have atleast one of the post related field on the form (you can add a hideme class to hide using jQuery it if you don't need it), then only it triggers the code to save it in custom post type.

I have this code working now:

add_filter( "gform_post_data", "ft_gf_change_post_type", 10, 2 );

function ft_gf_change_post_type( $post_data, $form ) {
	$does_form_saves_as_post = false;

	foreach ( $form["fields"] as $field ) {
 if ( in_array( $field["type"], array( "post_category", "post_title", "post_content", "post_excerpt", "post_tags", "post_custom_fields", "post_image" ) ) )
 $does_form_saves_as_post = true;
	}

	if ( $does_form_saves_as_post )
 $post_data['post_type'] = 'job';

	return $post_data;
}

I am trying to change the post type of the form data but it seems like
gform_post_data
is not firing at all. The file is included while execution i.e. a
die()
in the file halts everything but inside the function nothing is executed, so I think
gform_post_data
filter is not even firing on my setup.

add_filter( "gform_post_data", "ft_gf_change_post_type", 10, 2 );

function ft_gf_change_post_type( $post_data, $form ) {
	$post_data["post_type"] = "job";
	return $post_data;
}

Also on Gist: https://gist.github.com/1363676

P.S. I have gone through the forums a lot, the same filter is working for everyone but not me. Any suggestions what could be failing here?
