Great! It was most likely something wrong with the jQuery for the WordPress install you had. Gravity Forms relies on the standard jQuery install that WordPress uses. You may have had an older version running and installing a clean copy of WordPress corrected this.

OK! This is solved. It was a problem with one of the main WP files. Uninstalled WP and installed a clean copy and it works beautifully (so far ha ha) Thanks for your help!!

Hi Carl, thank you for responding. I deactivated everything except Gravity Forms and switched to a default theme and it still didn't work. When I click on the buttons on the right it throws a page error. Not sure what else to try.

This appears to be some sort of plugin conflict. What you will need to do is determine what plugin (or theme) is causing the conflict. Follow the steps below to determine which plugin or theme is causing issues.

Test for Theme Conflicts

- Activate the default theme (Kubrick)
- Test Gravity Forms to see if the form builder works

If it works, then there is something in your theme, most likely in the functions.php file preventing it from functioning properly.

If it does not work then you will have to test for Plugin Conflicts.

Test For Plugin Conflicts

- Deactivate *ALL* Plugins
- Activate Gravity Forms
- Test to see if the form builder works
- Activate each other plugin one by one, testing Gravity Forms after each plugin you activate.
- If you hit a plugin that causes it to stop working, make note of it and deactivate it and continue just to test all the plugins you are running.

When/if you hit a plugin(s) that is causing a conflict, let us know the results and we can look into it further.

It seems that all other aspects of the program are fine just the ability to add parts to the form.
