I am succesfully pre populating wordpress user meta, but I have searched all the forum and I didn't find an answer how to prepopulate buddypress profile data assuming that I don't know user id, I simply want the logged in user to have pre populate first_name and last_name from wordpress and some other fields from buddypress profile groups, is it difficult? I hope that buddypress profile fields works very similarly to user_meta, I tried many combinations from this website and nothing works for me - (the name of the field in buddypress profile is Phone - group_id=5&field_id=59 - this is the slug from edit profile page :
This is the example which doesn't work in functions.php

add_filter("form_field_value_phone", "populate_phone");
function populate_phone() {
	$current_user = wp_get_current_user();
	$current_user_id = $current_user->ID;
	$phone = bp_profile_field_data( array('user_id'=>$current_user_id,'field'=>'Phone' ));
	return $phone;
}
?>

Can you help me to get it work ?

Hi. I don't receive the contact form submissions. One of the other team members will receive that and respond to you.

Pastie returned a 500 Internal Server Error for that link you posted.

Hi Chris, I was wondering if you have received my link and login info.

By using a line by line check, i've narrowed down and found out it is the 2nd section of script causing the form disappearing:

http://pastie.org/4789998

Please advice.

Hi, after I paste the code into header.php, the form won't display anymore. I tried to paste it at the end of header.php file or right before </head>, same result, either way the form will disappear.

What is the conflict here? How do I fix this? and when is it going to be implemented as a built-in feature?

I see now that there is an existing site, non-wordpress, and this development site which requires the /etc/hosts entry.

I know the IPN returned a 200 success code, but that is still hitting the wrong site, the old site, not the new WordPress site, where the PayPal add-on is located. It's odd that the old server returns a 200, but I guess that is expected with just a query string and a domain. The query string is ignored.

There is no way for PayPal to know that bhvs.org.uk is located at this alternate IP Address. PayPal will never communicate with your site at 91.102.69.153 - if you look at their IPN history, it's showing the bhvs.org.uk domain, not the IP address. So, the notification is sent to the old site, and Gravity Forms never knows about it. This is the reason IPN is not working, as detailed in this reply http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/user-reg-and-paypal#post-74821
