I would like to do the same thing as Alex, just have the confirmation message pop up without actually removing the form, just clear the data from the fields after submission and leave a fresh form in it's place.

Seems like there hasn't been any activity on this thread for over a year; did anyone get this working?

To be honest, I'd be happy with the confirmation message just appearing at the bottom of the form (without removing the form itself). It seems from reading other threads, that previous version of Gravity Forms used to behave like this? It'd be good to get this behavior back again...

I'm having the same problem that sascha mentioned. Seems like a great solution if it can be made to work--am looking forward to any ideas people might have for solving that problem. If I happen to figure it out first I'll post back here. Thanks!

Hi Kevin,

pasted your code into the template file and the confirmation box comes up in a different style, but it does not fade out. Somehow the jquery does not fire.... I tried removing the loading of the jquery library, but that did not help either. Any ideas?
I also tried your other page template from another post, which does the page redirect and uses a passed query string. With that template I just get redirected, it does not show any confirmation message.

Any way to prevent the form to disappear after submission? Just clear the text?

@beyoyo2 I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to accomplish, but yes you would need to add 5 page breaks to your form where you want a new page to begin and then apply conditional logic to that page break to determine when to show/hide it. What you name your fields on each page is entirely up to you if you want to denote the page in the field name.

so i would basically need to create 5 "pages" that are the same...
and only let the user submit up to 5 items...

I am guessing each field will need to be incremented so they have unique values.
So all form page1 items have a "1" after each field... and all page2 items have a "2" after each field, etc.?

@beyoyo2

You can't dynamically add new pages to your form. You can create a multi-page form and conditionally show/hide pages based on a selection, but you can't click on a button to "add another item" on the fly.

Woohoo! It worked perfectly. I got the id's of the list elements and used CSS to place the images as background images. I will tweak the layout when I get a chance, but for now, I am most happy with how it is starting to look:

http://www.zoofusion.com.au/projects

You're a legend Kevin! Thanks for the terrific advice.
