I then realized, gravity forms didn't have a predefined timezone dropdown. I scoured the internet and was unable to find an abridged text list of timezones. I ended up going the hard route, removing option tags from around a timezone dropdown. All in all it was a pain, and it would be quite handy for the future if gravity forms had this option.
