When a customer fills out the order form on the website and clicks submit to be taken to PayPal to pay, then it sends an admin email to the user thanking them for the purchase. They don't even have to do anything at PayPal. As soon as they click the button it sends. Then, in the admin, the "order" shows in the Entries page as "Pending". I have checked the "Send admin notification only when payment is received." option in the PayPal transaction settings but the email is still being sent and the entry created before payment is processed.
