Nothing falls through the cracks and requests are handled and resolved by our support team.</p> <p>The only reason why you are even able to reply to this forum post is because you were the original poster. New forum posts cannot be created, and users cannot reply to forum posts they did not create. The forums are actually about to be turned off completely.
