I'm not familiar with the Quick Cache plugin. This is something you'll need to discuss with the developer of the Quick Cache plugin.

With W3 Total Cache you add exceptions on the Database settings page of W3 Total Cache's settings. You tell it to ignore all database queries to database tables with the prefix rg_ and that tells W3 Total Cache to not cache that information.

If Quick Cache doesn't support exceptions like this then you may want to suggest to it's developer that it implements this kind of exception handling.

I'm using the Quick Cache plugin, and it looks like I've figured out how to set exception on my own. This will work for specific pages but, of course, will not work for forms that appear across all pages like in a footer or sidebar.

Not perfect, but I can live with it!

Hi Tyler,

Which caching plugin are you using? I'll look into how you can add an exception. :)

Hey David,

My plugin *does* allow exceptions. How would I add it? Would I just add every page that a form is on to the exceptions, or is there a way to just exempt instances of forms?

That might be a dumb question; I honestly know very little about caching.

Hi Tyler,

I've only run into this issue a few times. Every time it has been the caching which interferes. If you're using a caching plugin that supports adding exceptions, be sure to add an exception for Gravity Forms. If not... unfortunately, there isn't much we can do on our end.

Just a bump to see if anyone else is having this problem. If no one replies, I'll assume it's just me...

Since updating to the latest version, I've noticed that conversion tracking seems to be all messed up because GF is not properly counting page/form views.

I have a caching plugin installed, but that was never a problem before. Is anyone else having this problem?

Alright. With a ton of help from Chris, we have a properly functioning test that:

1. Calculates scores and stores them in hidden fields on the form, and
2. Sends an email with conditional text based on the score from each hidden field.

Here's the code: http://pastebin.com/xJmhrVUN

I hope this is helpful for anyone else trying to put together a complicated quiz, test, or assessment.

I'll post the form this code was intended for so you can see how it works once it's ready for prime time.

Thanks for the reply, Chris. I've been testing it and just responded to you. Unfortunately, it's still not working... I'd love to be able to post the solution here once we get it so that others can benefit from it.
