Hello,

I tried to install Gravity for on my wordpress and it completely crashed my page to the point where I couldn't even access my dashboard. I subsequently had to contact my programer to fix it which defeated the purpose of using gravity forms. Please contact me to assist with installation or refund my money asap.

Thank you,

Good morning,
I have a problem with Gravity Form and aruba hosting. When I activate gravity in plugin section, the server goes to 500 error. I don't see any error in error log.
I know that aruba Document Root is "/web/htdocs/www.mysite.it/home/" and not "/web/htdocs/www.mysite.it/".
They add a "/home" directory by default but this directory doesn't exists physically.
Maybe gravityform includes its files based on the Document Root of the server, and it fails because the document root is wrong.
I asked them to change the Document Root but they said it's impossible.
Have you got a solution for this problem?
I've already used gravity form many times but never on aruba hosting. This is the first time.

Thanks.

Hello, I was very happy with your product and it's bee working fine for weeks, but in the last few days my admin had become extremely slow to respond and load, listed none of my pages or files linked to other plugins, and nothing i did on it seemed to effect the front-end (which was working fine still).

Then a customer said how the order form (made from your software) screwed up after pressing submit, he got a blank page. It turns out we did get his order e-mailed through to us, but the form had still failed.

Then I reset all the plugins remotely and admin was back to its usual fast and responsiveness self and all my pages were listed again. After activating my plugins one by one, i found gravity forms was the one causing the issue.

I now have them all activated except gravity forms and it's working just fine.

Can you please help me with this situation? I need my order form and had spent a whole day on it. Not to mention the cost of this plugin too.

Thanks for your time.

Regards
Josh

Hi,

I'm trying to add a background color to my form. I tried using the code from http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/change-background-color but I got a white screen and I had to restore my site. I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to coding, and was wondering if you could explain to me exactly what I need to do. Like I said, I tried following the post above...but I apparently screwed it up! :)

I'm using the Avada wp theme, so I don't know if that has something to do with it...but the form shows up just fine so I don't see why I wouldn't be able to change the colors.

Here's a link to my form...http://69.195.124.81/~intechfu/how-to-apply/

Thank you!!!

Hello

I have seen the documentation you provide
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Dynamically_Populating_Drop_Down_Fields
and also
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gform_pre_render

but when implementing in my site I get a blank page when I try the view the resulting form. Also when implementing the code of the second link above and try to update the post I also get a blank one with this url http://mysite.com/wp-admin/post.php

Before going deeper, are your samples still valide? just in case they are not anymore with las wp versions.

Thanks

I have a form with around 40 radio button fields and 200 product fields. These are all using conditional logic. The form takes a very long time to load in the admin, if it loads at all. Same holds true for the front end of the site. So, is my form to long or what? Previously I was using html fields instead of product fields, and it worked fine. Any thoughts?

Site is not public.

I just upgraded from v1.6.11 to .12 via the auto-update, and my site is no longer accessible?!

I am getting a HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

I don't know how this is possible... but I also don't know how to troubleshoot it at all...

I tried to overwrite the .12 with a version of .11 I had on my computer... but no change... I have no idea what to do :-(

I am trying to add a link in confirmation message, however my confirmation message is generated by the functions.php file, based on the selection made in input_1
(based on this: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/mathematics-to-gravity-forms)

but the link won't work - based on the " after href=, I presume.
Any directions on how to add a URL into this:

case 1: $_POST['input_23'] = nl2br("Product Name\r\nBuy them here");
break;

so that the words "Buy them here" have a link around them? When I simply add a around it, I get the evil blank page. I'm no PHP whiz, but I know it has something to do with the quotes in the href conflicting with the (" "); quotes.

Thoughts?

Thx
