Hi Guys!

I use {all_fields} in my notifications. In the second part of the form, I've the Order details.

The order details are made from 4 colums: Product, Quantity, Unique Price, Price.

So I need to delete the last two colums i.e. Unique Price and Price.

I can I do? I need to modify the php files?

Thanks!
Bye.

I am using GF in conjunction with Cart66. I have created a GF allowing users to upload files for print. When the form is submitted, the filename retains a link to the uploaded file on the server. The link is then active in emails sent to the user and the admin. How do I remove the link but keep the filename so users can't see where the files are stored?

Here's a screen shot of an email the user would receive. http://www.finelineprintlab.com/temp/screenshot4.jpg

Hi there

I was searching for a way to bring the whole output on one page without the blue blocks separating the output fields.

My client needs a hudge form for order cake online. With another plugin the result-page in email was one page. With GF it is three pages because each line gets a hudge spacer.
How can I format this?
I am testing already the 1.7 beta 2

thanks

Hi,

I am using gravity forms to recommend a solution to people based on the answers to specific questions.

My form is at http://www.ibvmarketing.com/my-tool-advisor/

The recommendation contains html output including a link.

When you use my multi-page form, the conditional logic outputs the proper html on the second to last page of the form.

I need to be able to send the html information in a notification email and save it in the gravity forms entries, so someone can access it again (using the Gravity Forms Directory Plugin).

I read http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/conditional-html-fields-to-display-on-confirmation

because this is similar to my issue. I tried using the code mentioned at the end of that post (http://pastie.org/1291129). It displayed the new email content correctly, but I am not sure exactly how to modify that code for my purposes.

In the code there is a line

(" . $_POST["input_6"] . ")

I tried changing 6 to the field id number for the html block, but it didn't display.

How do you figure out the input number?

Or better yet, is there a notification tag like {all fields} where it can display the html blocks that meet the conditional logic used throughout the form?

Hi there: I have created a form using the "Pricing Fields>Total"

After the form went live we decided to delete the total. It is not visible now in the form editor but still outputs on confirmation and notification pages. On this page I am using
{all_fields} because it's a nice table. I don't want to use separate merge tags.

How do I eliminate the "total" from output? It (in theory) should not be there.

Thx,

Hello,
I would like to format the notification table which is generated by the {all_fields}-tag with css. The colors of the rows are formated by "tr bgcolor"-attribute, but I would prefer classes like "label", "value" and "odd" and "even" for the table rows.
How can I change this?

Thank you for your help,

I think it would be very useful to have control over the fields that are notificated to a user.

In some cases we don't want to send some infos to a user, like email address or other private informations

I'm having trouble with email notifications coming in incomplete.
The notifications are very basic and are using {all_fields}.
Sometimes the email notification will have the correct output of what the user submitted, while other times it will only show a few fields. It seems to do this randomly.

The lead is saved in the DB so I'm not losing anything, but it is inconvenient for my client to have to check the admin to verify the submission every time.

Is there a fix for this?

I love the format and ease of the all-fields merge tag in admin and user notification emails.

Normally, when I use all-fields merge tag, the emails mimic the order of sections and fields in the order shown on the form itself.

I've never had a problem before today.

However, today I created a form, and created a standard user email notification and admin notification, inserting {all-fields} in the email body.
Both notification emails show the sections and fields out of order, in no particular logic.

I searched this forum on ordering fields in the email notifications, and have yielded posts advising....
-create a custom html responder form, manually insert each of the sections and styles, and manually format/style each of these sections and fields - that's not ideal, in this case.
-use the {all-fields} helper to reorder....what is this?

PLEASE provide a user-friendly method for simply re-ordering the all-fields merge content!

Thanks in advance.
