Hi,

I have everything set up and it seems to be working beautifully.
My question is just because I'm not sure, let me explain.
I have set up an authorize.net feed as a subscription ($6/month for the next 12 month).
When a user signs up, I see the $6 charge in my authorize.net account but in the transaction details it says: "Recurring Billing Transaction:	N"
Additionally, there's an option in the transaction details to "Create ARB Subscription from Transaction".
I just want to make sure that my subscription feed is set up properly even though in the authorize.net transaction details it doesn't appear to be getting these transactions as ARB.

Thanks again for a WONDERFUL plugin.

Recently launched a new ordering system and we're experiencing intermittent problems with the Authorize.net integration. We are seeing ~15% of our entries in Gravity Forms with no associated entry at Authorize.net.

These records are display the following characteristics inside of each Gravity Forms record:

Payment Status: Approved

Transaction Id: N/A

Payment Amount: $0.00

Total: NULL

These records have NO associated data at Authorize.net. I went through and tested multiple fake card numbers, incorrect addresses, etc and wasn't able to reproduce this issue.

Any idea what may be causing this? What can I do to debug it further?

Thanks.

I'd like some more information about the security of transactions taking place with the Authorize.net Gravity Forms plugin. I have my forms secured with a basic SSL certificate, but I'm not sure that's enough.

When a purchaser enters credit card info into my form, are those credit card fields housed in an iframe and actually on an authorize.net server or are the fields actually residing in my form, on my web server?

My (limited) understanding is that if the fields are housed within my form, on my web server, then an SSL cert isn't actually very secure.

I'm finding few if any details about the security of the Authorize.net plugin. Where can I get this information?

It would be quite helpful for me to allow the form-filler to choose if the "Recurring Times" is infinite or fixed. Can we set this value per submission based on conditions from the form values?

This way I can set some subscriptions to be infinite while others fixed for a set number of periods all from the same form...

Hello, I would like to setup an automated recurring payment for a defined period of time. The idea is to allow customers to pay off a balance over a time period of their choosing (selecting from a dropdown menu of options). For instance, to pay off $900 over 3 months, the form calculates the monthly payment amount of $900/3 = $300 and submits this to Authorize.net .
The API would appear to allow this through a combination of paymentSchedule, length, start/stop date etc.
Do you have any advice regarding the excection of this plan? My current thought was to edit the authorizeARB.php file and add to this statement:
$this->_request_payload = ($refId ? "<refId>$refId</refId>" : "");
Is there a better way to go about this?

Thanks,
Nate

I am setting up a donation form where donors can use either Paypal or Authorize.net. Is it possible for Authorize.net donors to pay via eCheck instead of credit card?

A recent transaction was declined by Authorize.net due to a card code mismatch. The customer said he received no error message but noticed that the amount said "$0.00" even though he had entered $100.00. This particular form has some custom coding, so the issue could be there. Just to be sure I've got all of the bases covered, can you tell me what the normal handling is for a card code mismatch? I'm trying to figure our why he received an email receipt for $0 but got no error message.

Thanks.

I'm creating a directory-based site that utilizes multisite/directores. I plan on using GF for user registration and recurring billing via my authorize.net account.

I have 3 plans:
Monthly
3 Months
6 Months

If a user selects monthly, but cancels their subscription after a month or 2, what happens to their account? Does it get deleted? I'm trying to see if I can create a hook that looks to see if user still exists, if it does then display listing.

Something along those lines but I need to know what happens if they don't pay or it expires.

thank you

When working with the Paypal subscriptions there's a way to change the role of a user if their payment doesn't go through or their subscription expires.

Essentially I had an "expired" user role and a "subscriber". In the paypal feed page I was able to set the role to "expired" from a dropdown very easily.

My client has since decided to change to Authorize.net but there doesn't seem to be the same feature. How do I ago about getting this to work? A subscription that does nothing once it expires isn't very useful...
