If you are using caching, you may be experiencing a similar issue. Can you try out Meta Recovery tool on our Downloads page to restore forms and entries in your site? <a href="http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/" rel="nofollow">http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/</a></p> <p>You'll download and install it, and it will add an option, you should be able to try to recover each form, and let us know how it goes please. </p>
