I clicked the form name to see the unread entries, but there are only two entries total, one of which was unread. I read it, went back to the dashboard, and the notification still shows 2 unread entries. If I click to read the entries, there are no unread entries.</p> <p>After it showed three, and it was really only one, which I read, I recorded the screen. I have been having problems when submitting a form where it will redirect to another blank page with the same title. This just started 4 days ago for both. No plugins had been added/updated at that time and we were not getting duplicates before then.</p> <p>Is there anything else besides a plugin conflict (and user submitting multiple times) that could cause this?
