I wonder if there is a way to do the following:

I have a form that will be filled out by a coach. He will list the players that he is registering - up to ten of them. But the name also needs to have other information, like the following:

Name     Reg RC?  Which Club

So they would fill in:

Joe Blow Yes RT Rugby Club

Is there a way to set up this sort of thing for ten people? If it was one, I would just set it up with a name, a radio button field, and a text field. But for ten it seems a bit excessive.

Any suggestion would be welcome.

Thanks!

Hello

I have the following questions before I buy the subscription:

1. Is dynamically populating name fields of already logged in users possible?
2. Is dynamically populating country field possible by inquiring the users IP address?
3. Multi Columned forms is that possible and
4. Is the plugin responsive and retina ready?

Thanks

I'm wondering if this is something gravity forms is capable of?

I'd like to be able to create a forum with 3 columns and multiple rows. I would like this form only accessible when a user is logged in. Once they complete the form it alerts an administrator that it requires review. If the Admin approves it, the user is notified. The user then has read access only to this approved form forever.

Is this doable ?

Here's a good question... Is there any easy way to change the layout of the form? For instance, what if I want two columns of input fields?

Does this have to be done entirely though CSS or is there perhaps something I'm missing in the backend?

Just thought it would be cool to move my textarea next to the input fields in this form...

Hi there: I was hoping I could get a bit of help with an alignment issue I continue to experience. On the third on (gf_right_third) it jumps down thus breaking the beautiful horizontal alignment. The page is here (scroll down) but I cannot leave it up long http://stonegateinn.com/hotel-packages/opera-house-theater-getaway-package/

Actually what I am really looking for is seen at the top of the same page " Nights-Adults-Children" tightly nested together.

Whatever is doable, I want it to look nice and the alignment problem I am experiencing does not.

Any words of wisdom are much appreciated.

Thanks,

I'm having a hard time styling the validation error messages - I've adjusted the positioning for the various inputs/fields for the form, and it looks great when there's no errors. But when there are, the whole thing just looks totally wrong with various fields just going completely out of alignment when the errors pop up. Here's some css targeting that I've done that hasn't worked (gravity-last-name is a custom class and the positioning values are exaggerated for testing purposes):

.gravity-last-name .validation_error {
	position:relative;
	padding: 0px;
	margin: 0px;
	width: 140px;
	top: -300px !important;

} */
/*#field_2_10 .gfield_error {
	position:relative;
	padding: 0px;
	margin: 0px;
	width: 140px;
	left: -300px !important;
	top: -500px !important;

}

.gfield_error .validation_message .gravity-last-name {
	position: relative;
	top: 100px;

Hello

Is it possible to format the form to resemble a table/excel spreadsheet? Each row would be one entry. The user would then be able to add a row if they ran out. When the form is submitted it submits the form as rows of entries.

Please see below image to demonstrate what im talking about

Hi there

I have got some small fields for number of guests in a form and I am using 3 Categories like adults, till 10 years old and till 14 years old for a booking form.
How can I combine those fields in one set instead of using for each one line?

Some of your fields like "name" are already combined to save place and look nice. Is there a way to to that as you want to?
I am using your Beta 1.7.2

thanks
