I have a form that I'm using as a stop gap for users to register. I have four Radio Button questions. I want to have it if they answer "yes" to all, it redirects them to main form to continue (or even a page with a link). If the user answers "no" to any of the questions, it redirects them to a not eligible message. Any thoughts on the best way to achieve this?

I can't seem to figure out how to go about accomplishing this.

I want to allow the user to click a link to bring up the form again. I'm using and "AJAX" form and currently the confirmation message replaces the form, rather than hiding it. I would like to hide the form and clear / show it (hiding the confirmation) if the user wants to submit again.

I have a form that takes user input and makes a post that is visible right away (no moderation, I suggested they not do this). However they would like to know if a profanity filter is possible so that it profanity is detected the post is kept but not published, with an email getting fired off.

Is this possible? What hooks would you suggest if so?

I've created the a custom gform_pre_submission_filter to run upon form submission.

It calls a function to generate a PDF and should display a custom confirmation message upon success. The generate PDF call works, but the custom confirmation message is not displayed on the results page (it displays the default conformation instead).

The filter code is as shown:

add_action("gform_pre_submission_filter_1", "get_ceu_pdf", 10, 2);

function get_ceu_pdf($form) {

    require_once( ABSPATH . 'wp-admin/includes/plugin.php' );
    if (is_plugin_active('ce-certificates/ce-certificates.php')) {
    	// Set form values
    	$course_id = $_POST['input_5'];
    	$user_id = $_POST['input_4'];
    	$certificate_date = $_POST['input_6'];
        $license_number = $_POST['input_2'];
        $send_email = $_POST['input_7'];

        // Plugin is activated, generate and email certificate
        $cert_name = ce_generate_certificate($course_id, $user_id, $certificate_date, $send_email);

        // Output confirmation message
        $form["confirmation"]["type"] = "message";
        $html_message = '
';
        $html_message .= '
Certificate Issued
';
        if ($cert_name) {
            $html_message .= '
You may download the course certificate here
.
Your certificate has also been emailed to chosen user at the provided email.
';
        } else {
            // Cert generation failed
            $html_message .= 'Sorry, an error has occurred generating your certificate.';
        }
        $html_message.= '
';
        $form["confirmation"]["message"] = $html_message;
    }
    return $form;
}

Should this filter work as coded?

Thanks,
John

I'm 99.9% sure we used to be able to do this but I cannot seem to find it now.

Form gets submitted, is removed and confirmation message is displayed in its place.
(rather than message appearing atop the form)
Am I being a donut or is/ was this not possible?

Hi, I have some required fields at https://www.newlifeconference.co.uk/booking/
If these are not used the error message displayed also changes the background colour and text of the form.
This clashes with my site styling which has a solid background colour and white text and so makes the text unreadable.
Is there a way to change this styling as it is also causing issues when the confirmation form is displayed which again changes the text colour and the background colour.

Hello, I just bought gravity form, but unfortunately I have already encountered a problem. When I create new module, a window appears instead of being centered is decentralized. It should be out of the monitor at the top, and then I can not enter the title of the module and create a new form.

How come this problem?
I use this theme: http://themeforest.net/item/cstar-design-wordpress-theme/2490278

and for now I installed only this plugin:
http://codecanyon.net/item/thumbnail-scroller-wordpress-plugin/2068683

If you need to access the site, I can give you my login as an administrator, of course, by e-mail.

I hope to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely, S. Mauro
