For example I am building a responsive website which has 2 columns (that turn into one column at mobile width), so in the first column I have "name, email, phone, company" and in the second column I have "message, captcha, submit button". So really in order to make this work how I want I would need to have the first set of form elements in one DIV and the second set in another DIV.</p> <p>Is this possible? I would like this form only accessible when a user is logged in. Once they complete the form it alerts an administrator that it requires review. If the Admin approves it, the user is notified.
