It isn't just support, but also continued development costs. If you want access to the Paypal Add-ons, please upgrade to the developer license. We think it is worthwhile. All my best!

I want to set up PayPal integration with a form on a client's website but I don't have the developer's license. I totally understand the increase in support but I feel like you guys are missing out on a lot of business especially since Formidable Pro personal license and other form generators integrate with PayPal.

A possible solution: Making the PayPal add-on available and make it clear that support does not cover premium add-ons for personal licenses. That way, people with personal licenses can use the plugin and you won't be overwhelmed with support requests. Win-win right :)

That would also give you an opportunity to get people to upgrade once they purchased the personal license if they find that it's too complex to figure out on their own. I could be missing something, but that was my initial take. I've heard great things about Gravity Forms and will most likely eventually purchase the developer's license.

Cheers,
David

You can have a terms of service on any form at any license level. Basically, the terms of service is just a block of text (HTML field) and a checkbox (required to submit form).

Is it possible to use the Terms of Service for another type of web form (not user registration)?

Sorry for the tardy reply. Thank you very much - sure enough there were a couple items on the blacklist - so I have reached out to Bluehost support. Many thanks David...

Your logic is slightly flawed in that the normal, retail price is $199 and you would pay $180, a savings of nearly $20. Yes, others might receive a higher discount, but they are taking a higher initial risk, and investing a higher amount of money up front. You could have done the same, so in a sense, the system is also fair in that respect.

By upgrading, you are gaining access to a lot of features, and I think, features worth more than the $199 normal price. There are many articles explaining how Gravity Forms prices low and how it is such a value.

If you feel you are being penalized in some way, I'm sorry, but we don't see it that way at all, and I would hope that your excitement to use our professional level add-ons and priority support would be an overriding benefit to you and your business. I hope you'll take a look at what our development license offers, and the continued new add-ons we've released, and consider upgrading. I feel that even our new Zapier add-on is worth the price of admission. Check it out if you haven't already. http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-zapier-add-on-v1-0-beta-1-released/
