Just purchased the Ayush Theme by Mojo Themes. Gravity Forms was working before installation of the theme, and now they are not seen on the product line.

http://tearstonegraphics.com/decalstore/product/barber-speedway-vinyl-decal-sticker/

There is a product that the form is working but is not updating the subtotals:

http://tearstonegraphics.com/decalstore/product/uncut-vinyl-sheet-teal-blue/

I have verified that it is not working in Firefox and IE.

Thanks for you help.

I am using GF for a print shop site and the scenario I am facing is that the type of material the customer chooses (i.e. glossy paper or satin paper) significantly impacts the total price. However, I am only given - as far as I know - a fixed price option, which doesn't work since the size of the print also impacts the final price. Currently, the customer inputs the WIDTH and HEIGHT of their print, which gives me the sub-total but from there, I would like to use that WIDTH and HEIGHT sub-total to come up with a final price based on the material choice (set at a price multiplier).

For instance, if the customer selects the more expensive Satin Paper, I need for the price calculation to be a multiplier (not a fixed added cost) since the price of Satin costs much more than regular glossy. I see the +/- pricing options but that doesn't help me much because I can only put in a fixed price. Someone ordering a small poster that is 2x2" shouldn't have to pay the same fixed cost as someone ordering a 10x20' sign.

Also, I was looking at the PRODUCT field and setting it to CALCULATOR but this doesn't quite do what I am looking for.

THANKS FOR ANY/ALL HELP! All solutions and suggestions welcome!

Hi,

Is it possible to remove/change/add parts from the advanced fields?

f.e. the name field has four fields but i dont need the prefix field. Can i delete it somewhere?

Otherwise i'll have to create three text fields (first name, last name, suffix).

Thanks!

Not sure when this started, but all my forms are missing their field descriptions. The field descriptions show up on Preview, but not on published form. Deactivated all other plugins and checked theme to rule those out.

I have a form that shows up without a problem, but as soon as I add conditional logic, the form no longer shows up.

I've tried with both a section break and page break, as well as individual fields, and it is at the point of adding conditional logic that it stops showing.

I'm using the latest versions of both WordPress & Gravity Forms.

I have determined that the Lightbox Plus ColorBox plugin is why my forms won't show on a page. However I need that plugin. Can you help me to resolve the conflict? Caveat: This is an intranet site and not available externally.

Hello,

There is too much space under the gravity form on my site (look at the "make an appointment" area: http://goo.gl/kawxF

I have searched here, and the solution for me is not using [raw][/raw]- that had no effect.

I put this in my custom css, and it squished all of the fields together, but did nothing to take away the extra padding at the bottom of the form.

[css]
body .gform_wrapper form .gform_body ul,
body .gform_wrapper form .gform_body ul li {
	list-style-type: none !important;
	list-style-image: none !important;
	list-style: none !important;
	background-image: none !important;
	background: none !important;
	padding: 0 !important;
	margin: 0 !important;
	border: none !important
}

How can I fix this?
Thank you!

fortunebuilders on "Another display:none issue"

I have looked through the posts on the issue of display:none on a conditional form, and have tried a number of things, and cannot get the issue resolved. You can see my site here: http://www.fortunebuilders.com/wins/deal-profile/

After trying it with ALL plguins disabled, and a different theme (fresh version of twentytwelve), the problem still persists. I made sure to enable ajax when embedding the form in the page, I'm not sure if this matters. I have tried removing everything except wp_footer(); from the footer, and all scripts from the header; have reverted to jQuery 1.8.3; just upgraded to the latest version of Gravity Forms; uninstalled and reinstalled Gravity Forms; made sure no other versions of jQuery are running - properly deregistered and reregistered jQuery in the functions.php file.

I haven't yet upgraded WordPress to 3.5.1. We are currently running 3.4.1 and unfortunately I cannot upgrade at the moment without backup and approval. We have a lot of stuff running on the site and cannot afford to break anything right now potentially from a WP upgrade.

Maybe I can revert to an older version of Gravity Forms? I don't know if there is an issue in the latest version.

In the Gravity Forms settings, however, there is a checkmark (indicator of OK) next to WordPress 3.4.1, as well as PHP 5.2, which we are using for right now (I upgraded to 5.3 to see if this would fix the issue, and it didn't, so I reverted because we need 5.2 for some things right now).

So, I was wondering if anyone has anything else I can try, or may be willing to look at the code we have and see if you can find any potential errors.

Also, the form displays properly in preview mode.

Hello,

I have an issue with the plugin. If i turn on the conditional logic on the send button, the form disappears. In the code i can see that gform_wrapper have inline "display: none" style attribute.

I get only one js error in the console: gformInitChosenFields is not defined

jQuery: 1.9.1 but tested with 1.7.2 too
gform version: 1.7.2

I have set up a form just for giving customers a price calculation. I used a ton of logical conditioning and I had to use a numbers field to calculate the price. Is it possible to add a $ in front of the number or not?

Also, since it's just for instant price quotes I would like to remove the submit button from the form if it is possible.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
