What you are describing is using option groups (optgroup) which is a feature of the HTML select but isn't currently a feature of Gravity Forms, however it is possible to transform one of your existing drop downs. Check out the following post for more details http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/option-groups-on-dropdown-menu#post-49157

Regards,

How do I create menu items in a drop-down menu that are not selectable? I want to add headers to different sections within a drop-down menu, for example:

Students
Item 1
Item 2
Teachers
Item 1
Item 2

Students and Teachers would be headings, but only the actual items would be selectable.

Thank you for the reply, I realized what I have up there does work as long as you declare the necessary gf scripts before that function. Unfortunately, it does not work with the List Field, which was my aim; all subsequent rows after the first don't function properly.

Is there some way to enable the enhanced ui for a dropdown in a list field?

I tried forcing the chosen plugin, but it didn't trigger

jQuery("#input_7_26").chosen();

Hello, I have a form that is divided into 3 groups.
I use the same elements across all the groups, but I would like to switch between the groups in such a way that the form is reset for every group.

It is a Photography pricing form selling portraits:

[Traditional Portraits]
[Family Portraits]
[Creative Portraits]

Select Print Type (dropdown)
¬ Canvas
¬ Poster
¬ Block Mount

SHOW this field if ALL of the following match:
[Select Print Type] is [Canvas]
Choose your Size (dropdown)
¬ A4 - $10
¬ A3 - $20
¬ A2 - $30

I guess I am just trying to find the best way to do this, - at current it works great, but the form will remain prepopulated if I change it and then move to the next form.
Thank you very much for your advice. you can see the form live here: http://flashpoets.com/photography-service/ Then Click Portrait photography.
