Are there any hooks we can use to manipulate field descriptions? I am trying to put together a form that needs to use a shortcode inside of the field descriptions. Basically, I'm trying to embed media (using the
[embed][/embed]
shortcode) inside of descriptions for a quiz-form I'm working on, but when I load the form, the code itself just shows up rather than actually parsing the shortcode.

I understand that this feature isn't built into Gravity Forms out-of-the-box, but if there is a hook/filter I can grab onto in order to run the field description through
do_shortcode()
or to apply the standard content filters (
apply_filters('the_content',$description)
), that would be awesome. Thanks.

Is there an easy way to "split" a form/survey? I'm looking to separate a survey across a series of slides in a slideshow (embed section 1 on a slide, section 2 on another, etc.), and wondered if anyone had looked into this before I start...

Edit: I understand there is similar functionality using the page-break, but I am trying to integrate this into another existing slideshow.

Hi

Looking to ad a google map field some how. I really don’t know whether to ad the map via the form ? Is there a GF plug in / ad on ?

The goal is to have a map link on the single.php page when the post is displayed example:

http://www.adszoom.com/61972/real-estate-classifieds/real-estate-for-sale-classifieds/double-wide-manufactured-home-fsboflpinellas-county-33759-united-states/

on that page say below the category below the photo. I looked threw the merge tags drop down choices but did not see it. But it is there in the email that is sent to the poster after the post.... So how do I get that link into the post body??

I've embeded the form in my template and put the gravity_form_enqueue_scripts function in the header. When I do that, the form works properly, using conditional logic, but the jQuery on the rest of my site doesn't work. When I take the function out, the conditional logic ceases to work, but the rest of the sites' scripts do.

I've tried hardcoding the header and form code for conditional logic, thinking it was a duplicate of jquery.min.js causing the problem, but that doesn't work either.

The URL I'm working at is http://mobilemissionshop.com/

The form is in the bottom right-hand corner with a "+" on the top. It's styled like a Qualaroo form.

Hello,

I am enjoying using Gravity Forms but I need help.

How do I create a form field where users can paste their YouTube embed code? I am using the HTML field but that is only displaying the text I am typing in. I need a box where users can paste in their YouTube embed codes so I can collect them.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

Best Regards,

Hi,

We are using Hotspot Map for WordPress plugin (http://nikolaydyankovdesign.com/portfolio/hotspot-map-for-wordpress/) on our site and want to know if we can embed a Gravity Form within one of the pop-ups that the plugin generates? We have tried putting the shortcode in but this does not work.

Hi all.

Fantastic looking plugin, but before purchasing GF I wanted to find out if the following is possible.

What I am looking to do is use a main site with GF installed to create a form. I want to be able to embed this form on the main site, but also on other sites (on separate domains). I understand this can be done using iframes, but wanted to find out if there was another method to do the same thing without using iframes?

I have noticed there is a similar topic in discussion in one of the other forums, but I cannot access that due to forum permissions so thought I'd ask again in the pre-sales forum.

Thanks,
Rob

I would like to embed a plain Gravity Form into an iframe on a 3rd party site.

Is there a way to target the confirmation page to _top upon a successful submission so that the thank you page shows up as its own page and not within the iframe.

If there is a validation error, I'd like the form to stay within the iframe.

I found another post here where there was a suggest to use Jquery to target it to _blank but there's a catch: when there is an error in the form, it seems to open the error in a new page as well.

Thanks in advance guys
