I am having an issue. Most of the time the forms work perfect. But every now and then I have a submission in which the name, email, address etc just do not appear. These are required fields so they should be getting submitted. They are neither in the email notification or the actual entries in the admin area. Please help! Thanks!

The form is based on standard fields First Name/Last Name email password

Do you know why I get this malfunction ?

Thanks

Hi there,

I have a registration form set up with a PayPal standard checkout.

I am trying to cut down on incomplete entries (ie, someone clicks submit, goes to PayPal, but never follows through on paying). I would ideally like any that have not successfully paid with PayPal, to not show up (or be able to be filtered). Right now I know if I view each of the entries individually, I can manually delete these incomplete ones, but I am hoping there is an automatic setting of sorts where I can keep a tidy list of entries that have been completed through PayPal.

We are using gravity forms as an anonymous way for users to submit suggestions to a CEO. Is tehre a way to disable the form entry manager feature so that it does not save entries?

I read with interest this post:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/search-entries-and-export-results

I am looking for this exact function: The ability to export select entries through the Bulk Action drop down list on the Entries page. I was preparing to try to hire someone to create a plugin to do this.

You said this is in the works. Any idea how soon that function will be available? Also, would you consider adding a button within the entry detail to export just that record?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there's a code that can disallow for multiple entries by the same person? for example, if someone named Ashley b has already submitted I can stop them for submitting a second entry.

This is probably a basic thing, but I've been struggling to get it to work.

I'm trying to get my front page form that is already styled to work with gravity forms.
http://www.guarantymoving.com/

The issue is the fields are not being entered into the entry list and on email notifications the fields are naturally not passing either.

**I am not inserting the form via shortcode, just installing the form hard coded and I copied the elements from this page http://www.guarantymoving.com/test-page/ --- note there is an additionally styled and working form on the sidebar of this page that I have no problems with.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Is it possible for "Show Empty Fields" to have the same effect when viewing or downloading the PDF version of the entries. This allows us to easily see the fields that have not been completed.

Thank You

Basically I want to hide all of the fields associated with a product (and all its options) until the user clicks a button titled "ORDER THIS"

I would love to have it as a button.

Is there any way to accomplish this?

I'm using gf (1.7.5) with wordpress (3.5.1) and can't seem to get my custom fonts to render when viewing entries as an admin. I have @font-face declared inside my theme's style.css and gf's admin.css, but my custom fonts aren't being pulled. My custom fonts work everywhere else (front end of site/form, wp tinymce editor front and backend).

Firebug shows my @font-face is targeting the right elements inside the entries.

Standard fonts like Arial and Times show up fine in the entries. It's just the custom fonts (@font-face) that do not work (in IE, Safari, and Firefox).

Any ideas? Thanks!
