Hello,

We created a form to allow users to pay a monthly bill with the authorize.net addon but it is displaying an error message on the credit card field. We have an SSL certificate but the credit card field comes with a red banner saying "This page is unsecured. Do not enter a real credit card number. Use this field only for testing purposes." I have looked around the forum and googled any solutions but haven't found anything that could solve the problem, any help is appreciated, thanks.

Form URL - https://www.crestwoodhousing.com/contact-us/payment/
Gravity Forms version 1.6.5

I have a donation page where I'm using gravity forms with the authorize.net addon.

See here:
https://www.thehumanesociety.org/wp/donate/

When I use the "force ssl" checkbox in the credit card field my donation page starts looping, and just keeps refreshing the page over and over.

I installed the WordPress HTTPS plugin the forced that my donation page to be secure. The looping stopped but the "This page is unsecured" message in the credit card field still shows.

I called my host and had them scan the page and they confirmed the the page was secure with an SSL certificate.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Specifically 2 things:

1) The ability to choose to redirect users to ssl version of the page/form (checkbox option on the form config would work).

2) The ability to restrict form fields from being emailed. Absolute Form Processor .NET will encrypt specific fields and not include them on the email. The form admin has to visit the backend to access the encrypted info. This is particularly useful to us as we take SSN and student ID information in forms. Today our admissions application is handled this way and admissions staff log into the backend to get the full student data.

Hello,

I apologize, but I am a beginning user and I am not familiar with specific technical terms. My problem is that we have been using gravity forms for our volunteer application https://www.gsglavolunteerapps.org/ and concurrent forms. With the exception of a few hosting issues this has worked amazingly for us. Then last week we started having issues with Internet Explorer that iludes to a security issue. Our host indicated that it is a problem with the gravity forms plugin that is causing this issue. Can you please provide us with a solution? These forms are being used many many times a day and we are receiving very negative feedback because of this issue.

Thanks.

Is there an option to submit one or more forms via HTTPS on an HTTP page, like define('FORCE_SSL_LOGIN',true); for wp-login.php?

If yes, how to?
If no, please add.

(To be clear, I am specifically asking for form action to be via HTTPS but the page to be loaded via HTTP. I do not want the whole page loaded via HTTPS.)

Thank you.

After much hair pulling and screaming, I was able to get an SSL certificate installed through my host.

However, Gravity Forms still displays the "this page is insecure" warning on my form (I'm going through Authorize.net).

Apparently this is due to wordpress pulling in elements through http:// to save resources (so said my genius web developer friend).

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to rectify this issue. I tried downloading Better WP Security and forcing HTTPS on just the registration page, but that creates a redirect loop.

The certificate is up and installed correctly, have ran a bunch of checks to make sure of that. So why am I still getting the error? Any way this can be fixed?

Here are some reference URLS:

my site:

http://www.texasshredderclassic.com

registration:

http://www.texasshredderclassic.com/registration

I've disabled the SSL on the registration, so it's not redirecting infinitely anymore.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I really need to get this up and running soon and have no clue whatsoever what I should be doing.

Is there a way to add a credit card form/fields so that all information is completely captured? I really like the layout of the standard credit card form but it's not ideal as everything except the last four numbers are blocked (the expiry date is also not stored).

I did reference another thread on this topic ( http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/credit-card-number#post-62839 ), however it's not clear what the solution is.
