So I want to use gravity forms + custom post type to make an "Album Review" post. The input would be an image resized to medium aligned to the left, with 3 lines to the right of it (release date, genre, record label). Then the review below it.

Then the tracklisting, band links and buy the album below.

Example: http://www.thealtreview.net/2013/06/17/miles-kane-dont-forget-who-you-are/

So of course I want to be able to use image upload, text, text area, WSYWIG editor, numbered list, etc.

I have Contributors (so they would be the author of the post) submitting posts with Editors/Admins editing and publishing the post. Of course Contributors consistently mess up the formatting so I want this to stop happening and have every review post look exactly the same and I want to make posting reviews simple which is why I want an input form that will become a post (the review).

How would I go about acheiving this and is it possible? Obviously I want to be able to keep the way the album reviews look as they currently do.

Thank you.

I know that this feature has already been requested, but I can't find an open forum post to add my support for this feature to, so I've created a new one. I bought gravity forms specifically to allow users to upload images to be printed on showercurtains, and am using it in conjunction with woocommerce, but the file size required to get good resolution takes too long to upload without a progress bar and users are leaving the page before getting to the checkout page. A progress bar is a must, and a thumbnail preview would be nice too. Is the progress bar coming out anytime soon?

Hello there,

I have read many threads regarding image uploads/adding them to a post.

This is perfect for me because I would like to have a form where users can upload around 5 "Post Images", these images get added to the appropriate pages' gallery, and then on that page just use the wordpress gallery shortcode to display all the images in the gallery.

So here are my questions:

1. Can users upload multiple files at once (not sure if this has been added to the features yet)

2. Can the "Post Image" be added to a Pages gallery?

3. Is it possible to be able to approve certain images that people upload to be displayed in the gallery? Instead of every image being displayed automatically?

Hello,

Just wondering if it is possible to get information which was entered in step 1 of a form to appear in step 2/3. For example: step one includes radios with images assigned to them. In step 2/3 which ever button they clicks on will show the image they chose...?

Plus is it possible to add some custom JQuery to the form. For example for the file upload can we add some custom jquery which alows the user to preview the image they uploaded.

If the above is possible will I be able to integrate it into WooCommerce with the Gravity form plugin?

Thanks

I'm very happy with GF, it has great features perfect for my project.
My next step is to implement the image upload and crop in a shop process, like a shirt customization
My idea is to build the logical form with GF but a don't know how to implement the core wordpress cropper inside my theme.
Any ideas how to start with it?

Thanks in advance !

I have a form where logged in users upload 10 images for a "sample" gallery on our website. How can I have it so that each of the 10 file uploads are automatically added to the "Media Library" in wordpress so I can easily create the gallery as an admin. Otherwise I have to download the images and then re-upload them into the "Media Library".

Thanks

I want to create a user generated "photo wall" so to speak. Basically I want to have a large image up top, then allow people to submit photos that would go under the large image that I posted. I'm trying to create a photo memorial if that makes sense. Would your forms allow me to do this, and would it be hard to do?

Thanks so much.

Hi,

Someone set up a gravityforms for me for users to upload properties.

The first image is an "Image Field" and checked to be Set as Featured Image. This image imports into the wordpress library and gets watermarked by our plugin.

All additional images are "Custom Fields" where he has the custom field name corresponding to an existing one (that matches the information inside wordpress).

These additional custom field images do NOT get imported into the media library, nor did they get watermarked. I see they are sitting in a folder called wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/ but I have no access to it, and more importantly these images do NOT get watermarked when I would like them to.

My main issue here is watermarking, more than actually being able to see the image files, though that would be nice too.

I am not sure if I should delete the custom fields and make them all image fields, but I don't see any field names for image fields, and I am afraid this is going to be a problem.

Do you have any suggestions on what I should do so all my images uploaded via gravity forms will be watermarked?

Thanks

Hi

I have a form set using User Reg add-on. This has standard form field for registration plus some post ones. The user can upload a image to use as a featured image. Now what i was wondering is if there was away I could create a image pool and let the user select from there instead of uploading their own?

Thanks
