Hello,

I am using the User Registration Add-On. I have also used a plugin 'User Meta Pro' to add fields to the Wordpress profile. When I fill out the Gravity Form with the new user information I receive an email with the details but this does not pass to the User's Profile in Wordpress. When I log in as the new user, the fields are blank. In Forms --> User Registration, the fields have all been mapped.

Can you help?

Thanks!

I have a registration form and an add a listing form that submits a custom post type listing.

I can't work out how to make the add a listing form available to only those who register? So if a user navigates to the listing form I need to say "Please Register to submit your listing" or "Please log in..." I guess it might be Please log in or register..."

Hello, I'd like to build a profile page out of user registration submitted info, but not all the user's information is to go into a profile page just some field values.

Eg, Name, tel number, dropdown menu value (that user has entered) etc

Also is there a way to just have the postcode field without the rest of the address fields?

Many thanks for your time

So I have a Register from that includes more than the normal fields such as: Company Name, Address, etc..

I'm using the User Registration addon to map the email as the username etc..

I also have an order form that asks for most of that information again.

1) How can I auto populate all the fields that I used in my Registration form?

Bonus: 2) Is there a way to store this information for the user to see and edit? I'm using the Membership plugin for a members only page.

First off, I love Gravity Forms. You guys pay a lot of attention to detail and it shows. Thank you.

I've just activated GF on a Multisite, and when I click Register it gives me the following error message:

"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

I have used various Role/Capability Editing Plugins over the last month. I've deactivated the two that were activated and tried to Register GF, but again, I received the same message. Also, I'm not sure this is a theme issue since I am having this problem in the Network Admin Area of my Multisite installation?

Perhaps, the role/capability changes I made in the past have stuck? I'm logging in as the Super Admin, and it almost appears as if I have lost capabilities as the Super Admin. Maybe there is a way to change these back?

I dunno. I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good day Gravity Support Team!
I have just finished the website, and have made the notifications go out to specific staff in which the form is relevant. However, each staff member has an 'Editor' account on WordPress. I am the only administrator. Is there a way for these 'Editor' accounts (first tier down from Administrator) to see the entries made by the form submissions?
Thank you for your patience and time,
Best regards,
Laura Mabee

I'm using the newest beta of User Registration add-on as mentioned here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-user-registration-add-on-v1-5-beta-1-released/. I'm wondering if there's a way (or if it could be added before final release) to set the user-role based on selections within the form?

So for example, I've created 2 new user roles: Realtor & Loan Officer. Then I have a radio button where they select which they are. I'd like to be able to have it set their user role based on this selection, rather than just one user role for all registrants.

Though helpful to me in this situation, it could be extremely helpful in many other situations. For example someone selling memberships on their site, could allow the user to select the level of access they receive (or whatever is being sold), which would determine the price, as well as the user role, so as to set the amount of access they have.

Let me know if there's a way to do this (other than having 2 separate forms) and/or if it's something that could be added.

My client wants to hide most of the functionality of GF for their 'editor' users but give them access to the entries. I was able to restrict access using the Members plugin, and figured out how to add a menu item, but they'd specifically like it to show just entries for a specific form (id=4).

Here's the code that's working to add a sub-menu to the Media menu that links to all entries. Is there any way to specify a form id in the callback here?

add_action('admin_menu', 'my_add_pages');

function my_add_pages(){
add_submenu_page('upload.php', __("Entries", "gravityforms"), __("Entries", "gravityforms"), "gravityforms_view_entries", "my_gf_entries", array("RGForms", "all_leads_page"));
}

Thanks!

On some of my WordPress sites I have users who were at some time Administrators but who are now at lower level user roles.

These users always have:
Additional Capabilities: gform_full_access

This even persists when I demote them to Subscriber role.

How do I remove these permissions from ex-administrators so that they no longer have access to Gravity Forms?
