I want to put it inside an HTML field with conditional logic so the customer only sees the link if they select that they want a design, which is one of the options. I just want a link for them to click on that brings up the lightbox. I have been trying to get Easy Fancybox to work, but have not been having any luck. The documentation for this lightbox is a little weak with no examples on their website. So your form is there but the inline display:none style isn't being removed by the Gravity Forms scripts, that usually suggests a javascript error but I didn't notice one being reported by Chrome's developer tools.
