You could maybe use the list field to do what you want with four columns? That would be as close as you could come currently.

Is it possible to add a question type with 'multiple row' text entries? It would work like the Likert scale, such that you can add multiple rows such as 'First name', 'Last name', 'Streetname', 'Postcode' etc... but in a single survey-type question, rather than spread the different text inputs over 4 different questions.

Could I please get sample code for replacing a list field with both a) file upload and then b) post image?

This post (http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/89833/gravity-forms-repeatable-file-upload-field-using-gform-column-input-content ) helped me create the file upload replacement, but I didn't know what the instructions for " method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" " meant or had to change this. I also have no clue how to pop in a Post Image field, so I thought you might be able to cover that, too.

Thank you in advance!

Ok.. making progress, but still can't get the Gravity Forms list data to display properly.. Here is a link to my code utilizing the pre_render filter:

Here is the raw data contained in one particular entry for this form:

a:1:{i:0;a:3:{s:7:"Column1";s:8:"ListMed1";s:7:"Column2";s:16:"ListMed1Strength";s:7:"Column3";s:12:"ListMed1Dose";}}

And here is the data that's displayed on Form 2 when the pre_render filter executes:

L  L  L,    L  L  L,    L  L  L,    L  L  L,    L  L  L,    L  L  L,

Here is a link to my code in the pre_render filter:

http://pastie.org/8044899

I am passing in the entry_id through the URL when I go to Form 2. Can someone lend a hand and help me parse through this data to get out the valid information? I think my issue might lie with the unserialze() parsing?

Thanks.

You could use the 'List' field which is one of the advanced fields, it starts with one row but the person filling in the form can dynamically add additional rows as needed, one of its settings would allow you to enable multiple columns, another lets you set the maximum number of rows, you would then use the gform_column_input_content filter to change the input in one of the columns to a radio input

Regards,
