I would like to be able to export the CSV's to the server, so they can be downloaded through FTP. This would also prevent memory issues with PHP, because the file is being used as a buffer.

For the developers this is probably easy to apply. If I have some time I will check if I can build this myself. Is it possible to give the diff to the developers so this option can be included in updates?

My form that I created many months ago was doing fine...it is about 110 drag and drop boxes long that translates into an 8 page survey that takes 5 minutes to complete

To my knowledge, the form was functioning fine; we have not made any changes to website (https://www.arladvisers.com/); form can be accessed here: https://www.arladvisers.com/?page_id=892#gf_1

Here is the problem I discovered last night:
1) complete the first page of the form
2) click on "Next" button and the form takes you back to the beginning of the form
3) in other words, you cannot get off of the first page

thanks for the help

And a totally unrelated question and one that I have been researching and would like your opinion: how effective would it be to use Gravity forms as a membership plugin? I see you can link to PayPal and Aweber, but was wondering how one could protect content in a membership that has different levels of access (gold, silver, platinum)

thanks

Hello:

I just purchased Gravity Forms for my new website, and I'm creating it. I'm having severe issues with the Editing Button on the Blue Box not working.

It works only on the first box when I create the Title of a new form at the top.
But when I select Line Text, or Custom Fields where I need to input my own text it will now allow me to edit when I click on the blue box. It freezes! The edit feature does not respond, only the duplicate and delete.

I'm using Firefox and Safari browsers on my Mac Laptop.

Any help would be much appreciated!

We use Gravity Forms to make some contest entry forms on our website. The most recent contest we are running is by far the biggest (in terms of response) that we have done and I am noticing an odd discrepancy. In the WP back-end Gravity Forms reports that there have been 210,824 views and 81,365 entries. However, when I export the entries (even using a blank date range and selecting all fields for output) I get varying numbers of records exported. One was 41,362, and then 2 minutes later I got 37,425. It's disconcerting enough that the numbers are different, but even more so that neither of them match the number of entries Gravity Forms is reporting.

What could be going on here?

We are dealing with several issues with Gravity Forms on our site. We just upgraded to the newest version of the plug-in. Hoped that would fix the problem but it didn't. Now we can't even edit forms in the Form Editor. Verified this problem in both Firefox and Chrome browsers.

Our bigger problem is that tabbing between fields is not working on our Gravity forms. The forms are located here:

http://www.localbitekc.com/register/
http://www.localbitekc.com/advertiser-registration/
http://www.localbitekc.com/seller-registration/

These pages only have one form on them. The forms do use some advanced fields.

There are two problems happening.

1) If you tab from the first field, it send you to the bottom of the page. It does this even after we change the order of the fields.
2) If you start with the second field, you can tab to other fields, but after address field 2 the tab action goes nowhere.

We've looked at our style sheets and there don't appear to be any issues there.

I just purchased and downloaded the gravity forms plugin. After I installed it and activated it, my wp-admin dashboard turned completely blank. I cleared the cache and restarted my computer thinking it was something on my end, but when I went to login again, the dashboard is completely blank.

I had to go into the FTP and delete the plugin off my server to access my wp dashboard. I also contacted Host Gator to see if the permissions were the problem, but they couldn't find any issue on their side and said it was the plugin that was the problem.

Can someone help? I just paid quite a bit of money for this not to work.
