Greetings, GF Newbie here. I've searched the forums and not found this so here goes, sorry if its already covered somewhere but a pointer to is appreciated.

I have a non-profit that is selling t-shirts, they want the option to have a quantity box next to an option list so they can order multiples of each, ie 1 women's small, 2 men's large etc. with a total and checkout via payPal.
I'm guessing that I need to make a separate product for each size to accomplish this ?
If anyone has a better idea I'd very much appreciate it.

Thanks!

I am using GF for a print shop site and the scenario I am facing is that the type of material the customer chooses (i.e. glossy paper or satin paper) significantly impacts the total price. However, I am only given - as far as I know - a fixed price option, which doesn't work since the size of the print also impacts the final price. Currently, the customer inputs the WIDTH and HEIGHT of their print, which gives me the sub-total but from there, I would like to use that WIDTH and HEIGHT sub-total to come up with a final price based on the material choice (set at a price multiplier).

For instance, if the customer selects the more expensive Satin Paper, I need for the price calculation to be a multiplier (not a fixed added cost) since the price of Satin costs much more than regular glossy. I see the +/- pricing options but that doesn't help me much because I can only put in a fixed price. Someone ordering a small poster that is 2x2" shouldn't have to pay the same fixed cost as someone ordering a 10x20' sign.

Also, I was looking at the PRODUCT field and setting it to CALCULATOR but this doesn't quite do what I am looking for.

THANKS FOR ANY/ALL HELP! All solutions and suggestions welcome!

I'm working on getting a PayPal donation form set up on a website for a political campaign. Per FEC requirements, I need to collect the Occupation and Employer of each person donating. I've got my form collecting this data correctly, but I'd like it to get passed to PayPal using either the "Custom" field or the "Option" fields, as described in this doc from PayPal: https://merchant.paypal.com/cms_content/US/en_US/files/merchant/collecting_fec_required_donor_data.pdf

Any idea on how I can get this data sent over to PayPal so the Treasurer doesn't get incredibly frustrated?

I have a payment form set up that generates the correct total on the Wordpress site, but when it passes to paypal, it does not pass the amount including the options.

The form is here: http://rehobothvegfest.org/exhibitors/register-now/

Some examples:
When checking out with "non-profit" which is free -> does not go to paypal - Correct
When checking out with "non-profit" which is free, add table option (+$35) -> does not go to paypal - Incorrect

When checking out with "commercial" which is $50, add table option (+$35) -> goes to paypal w/ $50 (should go with $85) - Incorrect

Any ideas?

Hello,

I've got checkboxes and selects where label is different to its value.
In the DB the value is saved ok, however, when viewing Form Entries (and pre-submit form data) for all the checkboxes and selects the values are displayed not labels. So I end up with not so informative IDs rather than names.

I'm using {all_fields} merge tag without any filter modifications.

Is there a way to display labels instead of values in the Form Entries screen?

Many thanks, Dasha

I've been developing a custom admin page (on genesis, if that makes a difference).

We use GF to register new subdomains. Is there a way we can capture some of that information (company name, etc.) and pass that the the input on the custom admin page?

Hi There,

I'm having an issue with the form here:

https://www.mywineknow.com/class-registration-private/

The way the form is set up is that the user will choose one of the classes as an option, and then based on the class they choose they will also add paper grading. I've just noticed however that if the user chooses any or many of the classes and then adds the quantity 2 or more to the theory paper grading, it will multiply the total rather then just adding a quantity of 2 or more to the total.

Using WooCommerce and GF Product Add-ons on latest GF.

For the Pricing Fields OPTION Drop Down, when I toggle on Enable Enhanced User Interface, the added cost variables (i.e. +$25.00) does not show on the front end. If I turn off the Enable Enhanced User Interface option, the added cost displays properly. I believe this is a bug.

I've created a form (don't mind the errors on the page), which loads a set of names, and prices, dynamically. Everything is shown perfectly.

http://dnp.yume.nl/abonnementen/

when clicking some of the options, the total field updates perfectly. Then, when checking out, i notice that these objects aren't taken into account, and my bank doesn't see them. They are not added to the final price.

To test, i've split my form in two pages. First page the dynamically added options plus a total field, second page just a total field. On the first page, total field is nicely updated. Then i click next, and the total field says 0.

I've also added a product with an option field above, and just populated that one in the form, and that one is doing perfectly fine!
