Greetings, GF Newbie here. I've searched the forums and not found this so here goes, sorry if its already covered somewhere but a pointer to is appreciated.

I have a non-profit that is selling t-shirts, they want the option to have a quantity box next to an option list so they can order multiples of each, ie 1 women's small, 2 men's large etc. with a total and checkout via payPal.
I'm guessing that I need to make a separate product for each size to accomplish this ?
If anyone has a better idea I'd very much appreciate it.

Thanks!

Hi,

I've been searching the documentation and the internet in general for this;

Is it possible to create a form where user has the possibility to select;
a) Nope, don't buy anything
b) Product A
c) Product B

And if the user select the A alternative, s/he doesn't get send to Paypal but it still get registered in the databas whereas the user who selects B or C gets her data saved to the database, is sent to Paypal and if s/he completes the transaction, that data is saved to the record just made?

Best
Emil

Dear staff,

I'm using WP 3.5.1 and Gravity Form Paypal Add-on 1.8;

I implemented a donation system your add on. When I go to paypal to pay, I have two page:

1 - Intro page: paypal ask me if I have already an account;
2 - Form page: the page where I can insert the data

There is a way to set only one page for paypal payment, the 2 one, with the form? Is this a setting in paypal or in gravity form?

Thank you,

Kinds,

When using the PayPal add-on I've noticed that a user's form entry is recorded whether or not payment is received. You have the option to send notifications if payment is received or not. Is it possible to have the same option for entries? I use the limit entries option and i get an entrie (or more) even the user not complete the payment.

Also i noticed that the limit entries option count the entry even when it is in trash. I think that It could be better if ingores the entries in trash.

Thank you.

Hi there,

I have a registration form set up with a PayPal standard checkout.

I am trying to cut down on incomplete entries (ie, someone clicks submit, goes to PayPal, but never follows through on paying). I would ideally like any that have not successfully paid with PayPal, to not show up (or be able to be filtered). Right now I know if I view each of the entries individually, I can manually delete these incomplete ones, but I am hoping there is an automatic setting of sorts where I can keep a tidy list of entries that have been completed through PayPal.

First, let me say that I have been delighted with Gravity Forms and the level of flexibility and control it provides!

I am now exploring adding payment features for a client, and was wondering if there is a way to integrate Gravity Forms with PayPal Advanced? I know there was at least one other post asking about PayPal Advanced, but I was not able to view with my license. :)

I know there are advanced add-ons for PayPal Standard and PayPal Pro, but PCI compliance requirements make PayPal Advanced an ideal option for this project.

Thanks in advance!

Is it possible using gravity forms and the paypal addon to follow this order process:

1. User inputs basic information (name, address, etc)
2. User taken to paypal gateway
3. Upon successful payment, user gets sent to add additional information to the form e.g. descriptive order details

I feel people will be overwhelmed if I ask them to input chunky order details first and may lead to fewer people using my services.

Hi,

We are having issues with not receiving some of the notification emails from our customers entries. I have tried to find a reason why and the only conssistency I can find si that all the notifications that aren't being sent are from entries that do not have a Transaction ID showing in the 'Entries'?

Could you please let me know if there is a reason for this?

I created a form for people to register for a workshop (1 day or 2 day). They can also select how many attendees. What I need to be able to do is pass the cost of the workshop times the number of attendees to a new page so they can pay with PayPal.

Form Page - http://www.tommustopro.com/lighting-workshops/workshop-registration/
PayPal Page - http://www.tommustopro.com/lighting-workshops/workshop-payment/

The form already go to the PayPal page when you push the submit button. I just need to pass the $ amount times the # of attendees, which will inturn pass to PayPal.

I'm having difficulty in getting both working together. If I disable the PayPal plugin, the user creates fine. If I enable both plugins, payment is taken via PayPal but no new user is created. The submission is added to form entries which I can view in the backend but no notification of a new form submission is being sent to the admin user as normal. When I disable the PayPal plugin, the notifications send fine and users are created.

I can't upload an image here, so here's a link to an image that shows my settings for both the User Registration and PayPal plugins: http://i40.tinypic.com/66i3iu.jpg

Where am I going wrong?
