The form works properly in Preview mode -- all four pricing options display based on the way a user answers those two questions I mentioned above. </p> <p>However, the pricing form does not work properly on my live site. For some odd reason, only the FIRST product field displays on my live site when the appropriate conditions are met in the 2 key fields. If I change the answers to those 2 key questions, I don't see any corresponding product fields at all. </p> <p>Does this make sense? The .htaccess file is invisible, so you may have to set your FTP client to show hidden files. They think the setup of the blog is the cause. I haven't seen or heard of this type of error before, so I can't even give you information on what to tell them except that your server is not configured correctly to show the preview page of a form you've created. That is really strange... Server caching? Maybe something wrong with PHP? Do pages on your blog work correctly? htaccess issues? It could be a myriad of things... </p>
