Dear Gravity Help,

Is it possible to refer to the real product price in the form (fields)?
I'm creating a webshop for floors. In which 1 floor (for example) is €15 p/m2.

In a Gravity form I would like to add:
- {Number}... And I would like to calculate that: Input of {number} * real product price (€15,-).

Thanks in advance,

I've upgraded to the latest version of WordPress and Gravity Forms. I'm in the early phases of setting up my site and have done little configuration, so I don't expect that there should be conflicts.

I have successfully created some forms for collecting general data. My order form, however, is not working. Clicking the "Product" and "Option" fields doesn't cause the blue area to expand for configuration.

Is this a bug?

Hi,
I am building a form using Gravity Forms and Woocommerce, for customers to place a custom product order. They should be able to select the number (in this case, number of days' worth of juice), and then choose certain addons. The price should update dynamically at the bottom, so the number of days part (and thus total price) is easily shown with an Option Pricing field, Drop Down type. Label "1 day", Price "$10.00"; Label "2 days", Price "$20.00", and so on.

Here's the kicker: the other addons should dynamically change how much more expensive they become based on the number of days. For instance, say I have a Low Sugar option (still an Option Pricing field, Checkbox type). $2 extra. That's easy enough, but if I selected "2 days" earlier, that should change and it should now say $4 extra. Or I selected "30 days" and now it should say $60 extra.

Is there a way to simply make the Price of a choice display the result of a formula? In this example, it'd be (2 * number of days). I'm stumped on how to make this happen.

Hello,
I tried adding some pricing fields to an existing Gravity form. When clicking the "Preview Form" button in the admin or viewing the post the form is in on the front end site, the form disappears. This form works fine if I remove the pricing Product field.

I created a new form with fewer fields and determined that if I remove conditional logic from other non-pricing fields (or vice versa), the form shows up. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Of course, I want to use conditional logic with the form.

XML Export of my test form. Field ID 10, 11, 12 and 13 have conditional logic applied to Field 9. Delete field 9 or remove the conditional logic and the form shows up. Leave it as is and it doesn't work (at least on my theme.)

I'm investigating the use of using gravity forms for event registration in a wordpress site I manage. The site allows folks to register one or more kids for various events (tryouts, classes, etc...). I definitely need the following features and would like to know if they are supported or not:

1. Ability to register multiple people for an event.

2. For each person registered for an event, the ability for users to specify a different pricing option for each. (for example, a parent may want to register 2 kids for an upcoming camp with one requiring a uniform while the other isn't and so they need to pay different amounts for each ... one for just camp and the other for camp + uniform.

Thanks much.

Hi. I'm new to Gravity forms and while I love what it's been able to do so far, I can't figure out this one hiccup I seem to be having. I am a photographer who is building an order form for my website. Customers need to be able to manually input the image number they wish to purchase, select the size they wish to order and then finally the number of copies of each image. I've formatted the form into 3 columns which is great, using a dropdown product field for sizes and the quantity field for number of copies. My problem is that I can't figure out what the correct field is to use for customers to manually input their image number (eg IMG_2145). I tried using the product field but I just want an empty box for them to write in, not a dollar sign or a quantity option. I then tried using a standard single line text box but then the data entered in these fields don't link up with the rest of the data in the pricing fields when the email comes through at my end with the spreadsheet. I hope this is making sense to some one. All I want is to be able to have a section in my order form with 3 columns; the first so the customer can enter a product name, the second so they can specify the size and the third to state the number of copies they wish to order. Can anyone give me some advice on what I need to do to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

I've got a form finally put together that I'm very pleased with and it works exactly like I'm wanting except that the total field isn't updating propertly in certain instances.

If someone registers a foursome for the golf tournament, they're charged $75/player = $300. If someone also decides to be a corporate level sponsor for $1000 they get a free foursome team to play in the tournament.

I added a single product item with a value of -$300 that appears if they've requested a foursome (so they can enter their player names) and selected to be a corporate sponsor. For a total of $1000. If I didn't add the discount, the total would calculate to $1300.

When you submit to PayPal, the items and totals are reflected accurately. It's only the total field on the form itself that doesn't recalculate properly given the different combinations and options available.

Foursome w/ Corporate Sponsorship Prices Correctly at $1000 Total
http://screencast.com/t/ebbBLbSr

Foursome w/ Major Sponsorship Prices Incorrectly at $500 Total (should be $300 for the foursome + $500 sponsorship = $800 Total)

Hi,
After reviewing the forums, it seems that the form is able to do calculations. However, I was wondering if the option exisited for a percentage discount added in to the calculation. Not like a promo code, but say the customer selects a couple of packages. If the total is over some dollar amount, there is a set % discount applied.

I'm a wedding photographer and would like to use this plugin to allow users to customize packages. I would like for it to start with a base package than they can add in additional items. If their total package is over some dollar amount, there total is discounted by some percentage.

Is this currently possible?

Thanks.

thewebscaper on "Options for calculating currency fields - no pricing table"

Short version: Is there any way to have a form that will allow for multiple fields that reflect currency (i.e., have a dollar sign and decimal point), that will calculate these fields, display a total, and then process to PayPal BUT have the notification email NOT show these fields as a order table, but rather list each pricing field separately?

Detailed version:
We want our form to be like this:
-----------------------------
Donation Amount [price or number field]
In the name of [text field]

Donation Amount 2 [price or number field]
In the name of [text field]
(and so on - 10 of these fields)

TOTAL DONATIONS: [calculate all amounts above]

Submit goes to PayPal
----------------------------
But then in the Admin Notification, we want the EMAIL send to admins to show the same way:
----------------------------
Amount of donation: $50.00
In the name of: John Doe

Amount of donation 2: $30.00
In the name of: Jane Doe

Total Donation Amount: $80.00
-------------------------------

It seems that pricing fields are the only way to have the currency (dollar sign, decimal) and go to PayPal.... using number fields instead of pricing fields, I can lay out the notification the way I want, but don't have the currency formatting, or ability to submit to PayPal. Anyone have any suggestions?

I hope I explained that correctly!

Hello, I have a developers license and the latest version of GF installed.

1. When I paste into an HTML block I cannot save it. When I type in, it does save. I tried different browsers and putting the text into a plain text editor first with no luck.

2. The form I'm working on is here: http://garyfujioka.com/julie/about-vom-banach-k9/vom-banach-k9-puppy-warranty/

3. Can I expect the HTML text blocks to appear in the submission email because currently it does not.

4. Can I expect the signatures to appear in the submission email, because currently they too, do not.

5. How can I reflect a $500 deposit in the pricing? I attempted a -$500 but that didn't work.

6. Is there a reference showing the allowed HTML?

Thanks very much in advance for your help.
