Yeah, repeatable fieldsets is a highly requested feature. The data integration is SUPER difficult though. If you've ever used our list field, and exported the data, you'd see what I mean. It is really difficult to set-up the database table structure to be flexible. Even the entries page might look odd with some having lots of information and others having very little.

So if we wanted to allow people to purchase up to 10 tickets for example, we'd set up 10 sets of contact fields and show/hide them based on the quantity? That's kind of what I was thinking.

You can't apply conditional logic to the default quantity field of a product, but it looks like you can for the separate quantity field.

For a future feature request, it would be fabulous if you could set up "repeater" fields and tie them to the quantity field. That way we could create a contact info section and have that section repeat based on the number of tickets purchased.

I suspect that would be useful for other types of forms (not just events) too.

I would have a drop down that says "How many tickets" and then I would have fields for your maximum number all on the form, but hidden using conditional logic. Each set could say something like "Show this field if Tickets is less than 4" etc...

Hi,

I'm using Gravity Forms to build some event registration forms. In a lot of cases one person is buying and paying for tickets for multiple people.

We'd like to collect basic contact information for all the attendees, not just the ticket buyer.

But I can't figure out the best way to do that. What would you recommend?

If someone is only buying one ticket I don't want them to be presented with contact fields for 10 people.

Thanks!

Thanks, that worked great except I'm getting an error that there is a problem with my submission, errors are highlighted below, nothing is highlighted. I'm using PayPal Pro. Reading the Fine Manual now.

I just wanted to make sure that was the best way.

Thanks again

That would be the easiest if you want them to be able to order different quantities of each size, and gender, yes.

Greetings, GF Newbie here. I've searched the forums and not found this so here goes, sorry if its already covered somewhere but a pointer to is appreciated.

I have a non-profit that is selling t-shirts, they want the option to have a quantity box next to an option list so they can order multiples of each, ie 1 women's small, 2 men's large etc. with a total and checkout via payPal.
I'm guessing that I need to make a separate product for each size to accomplish this ?
If anyone has a better idea I'd very much appreciate it.

Thanks!

You can have multiple product fields on your Gravity Form, each with their own quantities. I'm not sure if that is a limitation of WooCommerce's integration or not - you might want to reach out to them to see if they can help in any way.

Hi,

We have just bought Gravity Forms, Product Bundles and Gravity Forms Add-ons to be able to create packages. The feature we want doesnt seem to be there. We want customers to be able to pick 2 x product number one, 3 x product number two and 0 x product number three. How do we make that happen? All has to be linked to the actual products inside Woocommerce of course. An individual product quantity inside the package. If not possible through Gravity/Product Bundles, then how?
