Hi there,

I had some issues with Cart 66 (which is integrated with gravity forms) and since fixing them new issues have arisen with the gravity forms on our primate adoption page see http://cercopan.org/adopt/robottas-group/ . The timing could be a coincidence and nothing to do with the Cart66 issues which seem entirely separate.

When you select which type of adoption you would like it enters fine, but then when you complete (or autofill completes) the other boxes, it unchecks itself.

In addition, there is something wrong with the calendar view on the 'when would you like the adoption to start ' box, which no longer shows the month and the wording is not correctly aligned.

I have spent several days trying to find a solution but am completely stuck... I would be very grateful for any advice on these issues as they seem to be confusing people and making them decide not to go ahead.

Thanks in advance

I have a form that I'm using as a stop gap for users to register. I have four Radio Button questions. I want to have it if they answer "yes" to all, it redirects them to main form to continue (or even a page with a link). If the user answers "no" to any of the questions, it redirects them to a not eligible message. Any thoughts on the best way to achieve this?

We have a gravity form set up for people to choose a time slot. It's set as not allowing duplicates entries, but we can't figure out how to have the entry show as being taken. Is there css logic that would do this?

Hi,

I'm trying to created an order form where a radio button is already checked based on the URL of the form. I've used the query string option which I've found at the documentation http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Allow_field_to_be_populated_dynamically

This does work on a regular text field but not for radio buttons and drop down fields. I've setup the fields all in the same way with the same parameter but only the textfield is prefilled. What am I doing wrong?

A demo can be seen here http://friswebdesign.nl/bestellen-v2/?package=regular Where all fields should be prefilled or pre-selected with the value of 'Regular'

Donation Form: http://suzukiwashington.org/about/donate/

Is it possible to have a Product Field with several Radio Buttons ($10, $25, $50, $100, Other) and have the "Other" amount user generated? Right now I have done it using two fields. The second one that is conditional if "Other" is selected.

Thanks,

We are wanting to use the "other" tab on the radio buttons (also checkboxes if it were possible) and are running into an issue. We need the output to say "other - then the entry" ....

Is this possible ? It needs to be done on about 4 sections per form.

I have 6 radio button groups where a person is to select up to 3 points before they can submit. Calculation sum validation is working.

Also before they can submit they need to select 1 radio button that is considered a 'con'. How do I validate this to make sure only 1 con is selected?

Conditionals are like this: Submit button only shows if all these are in place:
[Total sum =3]
[Con Selected = You have 1 con] (which is a conditional radio button that appears if a person selects a "con".

You can try it here, about the middle of the page. I'm trying to prevent people from selecting 2 Con buttons among the choices.

I would like to have a checkbox on a form that does not default to being selected when you open the form. Basically, I want people to only check the box if they agree to the terms and conditions. Is this possible with only 1 checkbox?

I'm looking for a way to allow users to select an image which gets pulled in from a custom post type's featured image.

For instance, I have a custom post type for adding / removing the images and related info.

The form would then need to pull in all of the items within that custom post type, and dynamically load their featured images as radio button selections in the radio button field for users to choose from.

I know I can add HTML to a radio button label, and how to dynamically load custom post type names into a drop down, but not sure how I would dynamically load in the featured images as radio buttons. Any thoughts on how I could build that out with GF?

Thanks,
J
