Hello,

There is too much space under the gravity form on my site (look at the "make an appointment" area: http://goo.gl/kawxF

I have searched here, and the solution for me is not using [raw][/raw]- that had no effect.

I put this in my custom css, and it squished all of the fields together, but did nothing to take away the extra padding at the bottom of the form.

[css]
body .gform_wrapper form .gform_body ul,
body .gform_wrapper form .gform_body ul li {
	list-style-type: none !important;
	list-style-image: none !important;
	list-style: none !important;
	background-image: none !important;
	background: none !important;
	padding: 0 !important;
	margin: 0 !important;
	border: none !important
}

How can I fix this?
Thank you!

All of the forms I'm creating with gravity forms are creating extra space on the page after the submit button and before the balance of the text on the page.

An example of this can be found at: http://gomainstreetmobile.com/every-business-needs-a-mobile-website/ - 2/3 down the page AFTER the video.

I have tried using Gravity Forms on order pages as well and I'm getting the same error. I did try to amend the style sheet with: .gform_wrapper .gform_footer {
margin: 0 !important;
padding: 0 !important;
}

But that has not corrected the problem.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm NOT using the Gravity Forms CSS and need to hide the "This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged." message, however, it appears to use the CSS class "gfield_description" which is also used by other elements that I don't want to hide.

When you click one-time gift, then "Enter Other Amount", you see the other amount box load then it disappears. This only seems to happen in Safari. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hi,

I use this shortcode to display a poll on a WP page:

[php]
[gravityform action="polls" id="25" mode="poll" style="red" show_results_link="true" display_results="true" percentages="true" counts="true"]

All looks good until I hit the "Show results" button. When the page reloads the whole page is suddenly scrambled with content displaced all over the page. I've found it's due to a missing
</div>
. If I place one after the shortcode the page looks better:

[php]
[gravityform action="polls" id="25" mode="poll" style="red" show_results_link="true" display_results="true" percentages="true" counts="true"]</div>

But now the side menu on the page disappears! I'm using a theme (Modernize) on top of WP. This is probably the problem. But what to do?

I also have problem with the GF widget that uses the unordered list (
<ul>
) code from the theme's css, which looks bad.

Regards
Johan

Hello,

I'm creating an order form including credit card input section.
But when I let the form display, some fields, especially credit card input section, are displayed broken
http://wisteriawine.com/shippinginformation2

Examples:
1. Input field for "Zip / Postal Code" is displayed half line below.
2. Input fields for "Card Number", "Expiration Date" and "Security Code" are displayed at the left side of the dot lined box.+ Input field for "Cardholder Name" is hidden within the dot lined box.
3. "I am more than 20 years old..." is displayed single line below.

How can I fix these layouts? I would appreciate it if you would give me concrete instructions.
I'm not so familiar with CSS style sheet. I understand the basics of CSS, but don't have enough knowledge to fix this issue.

When I let the form display with the preview mode, it isn't displayed broken. But when I integrate the form with existing customized theme, it's displayed broken.

When I set the CSS off from [Forms]->[Settings]->Select "No" at the "Output CSS" the form isn't displayed broken.(But at the same time, icons like "AMEX", "VISA" disappear.)

I think this issue has something to do with CSS settings, but I don't know how and from where I fix this issue.

What I did:
I added to the wrapper below at the last part of the "wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/css/forms.css"
and tried to fix the layout. but I couldn't. (Maybe I just don't know what values I should set. At lease I set "width: auto;", but it didn't display like what I wanted.)

body .gform_wrapper .gform_body .gform_fields #field_2_1.gfield .ginput_container {
border: 1px solid red;
}

(I also don't understand to where I should put the my CSS codes. I put the code "l/wp-content/themes/wisteriawine/style.css" first, but it didn't work at all. So I added temporarily my CSS codes at the end of the "wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/css/forms.css", which you are not supposed to do, (,because the changes will be overwritten when auto-updates..)

The "wisteriawine" is a folder for customized theme, I assume, a customized .css is probably applied in the form page now, but I couldn’t determine, which one was the target css. (When I let the HTML source codes of http://wisteriawine.com/shippinginformation2, lots of xxx.css files are displayed. But I couldn’t find which was the one I was looking for. At least I found there wasn’t "l/wp-content/themes/wisteriawine/style.css"…)

[Miscellaneous]
-	I tried to fix this issue by referring the instructions below, but I couldn’t fix it.
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/CSS_Targeting_Samples

[Basic information]
Browser: I use Chrome, IE.
Gravity Forms v1.6.11

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,
The Enhanced User Interface doesn't work for me and I don't manage to know why...

It doesn't seem to be a script conflict, but I'm not sure.

This is an example of the infamous issue (on the test site):
http://forumeteoclimat.cooperanet.fr/volet-professionnel/colloque-international/inscription-au-colloque-international/

As you can see, below "Méthode de paiement", the dropdown can't use the Enhancer User Interface. And I don't know how to solve this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Was wondering if the following is possible, or if there are any better suggestions...

My client needs to print off all notification emails received, the problem is they now run onto 2 pages, therefore doubling their paper usage... Making the font a bit smaller should fit everything onto 1 page, or is there a better solution?

Many thanks
