i even tried the paragraph field, but with same results. How would you transfer the lead description field to salesforce?

Another question - do you have to renew the personal license each year to continue using the Salesforce plug-in?

Thanks,

hi,

i use the integration with salesforce and am using hidden fields in gravity forms to send with the form some extra information. therefore i use the "default value" field. is there a way to use line breaks there?

like this

text <br><br/><br> {date_mdy}

i tried the html field, but there is no option available that only admins can see them and that they get hidden from the users. if I remember that right, there actually has been that option earlier, wasnt there?

We do not offer a Salesforce add-on for Gravity Forms. However, a 3rd party developer has released one: http://gravity.chrishajer.com/job-application/

If you're talking about the SalesForce add-on, that's something that was developed by a third party developer. We don't maintain that or provide support for that here. You'll need to report any problems with that the the plugin author.

I'm not sure if this is recent, but appears that when forms are sent to Salesforce, quotations and ampersands are converted to HTML.

I assume Salesforce is doing this on their end but wondering if there is a way to avoid this.

Sent from Gravityforms: "
Results in Salesforce:
&quot;

Thx in advance

Hello,

I'm looking to find a solution where when a person submits a form on my Wordpress site, a Contact of a certain Contact Record Type and Account is created (or Updated) in Salesforce and is populated with the form data, and that person is added as a BuddyPress user.

Just wondering if that functionality or similar is possible using Gravity forms and the Gravity forms Salesforce add-on.

re: the Gravity User Registration Add-on
- Do you offer a solution where if someone updates their BuddyPress user profile, their Salesforce Contact record is updated?
- can you map to to Salesforce Contact fields and custom fields?

Finally, do you offer a Charity discount - we are a registered charity located in the UK.

Best regards,

If you are running the latest WordPress and Gravity Forms versions, and Gravity Forms isn't working with theme and plugins disabled/defaulted, then we don't have many other steps to try. Can you attempt to re-install Gravity Forms using FTP please? And can you try changing your Permalinks to Default and then back to whatever you have it set to? Between those changes, if things still don't work, then I am not entirely sure where your issue is coming from. What hosting environment are you using?
