hi,

i use the integration with salesforce and am using hidden fields in gravity forms to send with the form some extra information. therefore i use the "default value" field. is there a way to use line breaks there?

like this

text <br><br/><br> {date_mdy}

i tried the html field, but there is no option available that only admins can see them and that they get hidden from the users. if I remember that right, there actually has been that option earlier, wasnt there?

I'm investigating installing both Gravity Forms and using Salesforce as my CRM. I'm currently trialling Salesforce. As such, this is a great opportunity to test drive the integration between Gravity and Salesforce using the plugin.

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-salesforce/

What I'm wondering is do I need to buy the Business licence in order to use the plug-in or can I use the Personal licence with it?

Sorry to ask, but your website – and the plugin page – doesn't state this explicitly.

Hello,

I'm looking to find a solution where when a person submits a form on my Wordpress site, a Contact of a certain Contact Record Type and Account is created (or Updated) in Salesforce and is populated with the form data, and that person is added as a BuddyPress user.

Just wondering if that functionality or similar is possible using Gravity forms and the Gravity forms Salesforce add-on.

re: the Gravity User Registration Add-on
- Do you offer a solution where if someone updates their BuddyPress user profile, their Salesforce Contact record is updated?
- can you map to to Salesforce Contact fields and custom fields?

Finally, do you offer a Charity discount - we are a registered charity located in the UK.

Best regards,

I'm not sure if this is recent, but appears that when forms are sent to Salesforce, quotations and ampersands are converted to HTML.

I assume Salesforce is doing this on their end but wondering if there is a way to avoid this.

Sent from Gravityforms: "
Results in Salesforce:
&quot;

Thx in advance

Hi

I have just tried to add an additional form field (paragraph text) to a duplicated form.

Since adding, I cannot Save or cannot edit any of the other fields.

I have to refresh the page to do anything, but this obviously does not save the new fields.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi,

I'm currently dealing with this problem:
I have a form that I set up, that has some free-text fields, and some select/dropdown elements as well. The issue is that I get tons of illegitimate entries that contain the value of "0" on most fields (only for free-text fields, not for dropdown fields).

Here's a screenshot of the form's entries
http://i.imgur.com/wBP5A.png

... and here's a full view of one of these entries
http://i.imgur.com/h0m1A.png

Now, at first I suspected that it's spam, but I have enabled Honey Pot, plus, the strangest thing is that it is quite impossible to submit the form when the Email field is populated with "0" (the Email field is NOT a regular text field. I have selected the one that does verification - under "Advanced Fields").

Another thing I should probably note is that the IP address is consistent across all entries. And, if I were to submit the form regularly, the entry would look just fine (without the zeros).

When doing an IP lookup for that IP address, it says that the IP is associated to McAfee, which is very strange.
http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/161.69.46.141

I am really unsure what causes this issue, but as far as I know it's impossible to submit the form if the email field is set to zero.

Thanks a lot for helping out!

I installed the Sales Force/Gravity forms plugin for my word press-based website and purchased the single user membership.
When I attempt to log in to my website - it redirects me to Gravity Forms. I have already purchased a membership. Can someone help me here? I can't access my website and the Gravity Forms logo is now located as a top left banner on my site.

I have a unique need that I think you can probably solve.

I need to...
1) collect data in a form
2) save that data or email that data to me
3) Also, POST that data to the original form that it was intended for. That form is a gotomeeting signup form for a webinar.

The issue is I am stirring up potential new clients and I need to know who they are BEFORE they are registered with my company's gotomeeting webinar. I want to contact that person before the meeting. My company doesn't share the attendee information with me until days or a week later. That's just too long for me.

So, I want to collect the information on my landing pages and then post the info on the gotomeeting signup page immediately.. without delay.

I need to do this for 3-5 different webinar events each month. So, I need it easy to setup.

Is that something you can advise me about or possibly something you could modify your form tool to do?

Thanks!

We are trying to sync leads that fill out our Gravity form to SFDC. It is working, however, one submit is passing two entries to SFDC. I have enabled SFDC debugging and can see the following in an e-mail after hitting submit:

Your request has been queued. Record Information: 00N40000002MCdE: Riak CS;Riak EDS 00N40000002dEAk: Yes Campaign_ID: 70140000000UIAP LeadSource: Free Trial - Riak CS company: Basho country: Armenia debug: 1 debugEmail: tanya@test.com email: tester5111@test.com encoding: UTF-8 first_name: Test last_name: McTesty oid: 00D300000000MeD retURL: http://www.test.com/thankyou.html state:

All of the necessary fields and data are being passed over. However, multiple leads are synced to SFDC. One of the leads always has Lead Source and no Campaign ID and the other always has Campaign ID and no Lead Source.
