Hi

I have just tried to add an additional form field (paragraph text) to a duplicated form.

Since adding, I cannot Save or cannot edit any of the other fields.

I have to refresh the page to do anything, but this obviously does not save the new fields.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

I have a form with around 40 radio button fields and 200 product fields. These are all using conditional logic. The form takes a very long time to load in the admin, if it loads at all. Same holds true for the front end of the site. So, is my form to long or what? Previously I was using html fields instead of product fields, and it worked fine. Any thoughts?

Site is not public.

We've got a form which went live this morning, which is getting loads of entries and it's critical that it works correctly. The form is at http://www.moving-4-ward.com/register/register-for-the-industry-forum/

The form seems to have issues with certain email addresses. When I try and sign up with the following information, the form returns error 324 and there is no response from the server.

Name: Robert Nagel
Company: SNC Lavalin Transportation USA
Address: 13901 Sutton Park Drive South
Suite 200
Jacksonville, Florida 32224
Phone: 9044773765
Email: Robert.nagel@snclavalin.com

The entry is recorded in Gravity Forms, however, the email address is not forwarded to iContact (I'm using the iContact plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-icontact/ - I tried removing the feed from this form, but it didn't affect it). If I change the email address however, it goes through OK.

It is critical that these forms are up and running ASAP. Any ideas on what the issue might be?

Hi,

We have a seven page form with a lot of images (over 20). In the submissions of this form the last 5-6 images are not showing up in the entries.

We have tried deleting and re-adding these image fields, tried duplicating fields which work but nothing seems to be helping.

Here is our form:
http://www.videoagent.net/order-a-property-video/

Any ideas?

i just added the ability for my customers to upload their images to me from a gravity form. I tried testing it with normal sized pictures (1.5 MB each) and tried uploading just 6 of them and it never sent. I left it go for about an hour and it was still spinning. I then tried to stop and go back but it wouldn't. I then closed down the tab, reopened another and tried to go to my homepage and nothing would come up. Eventually, I got "Unable to access database" to come up on a blank white page. I called Bluehost and they said it was most likely a plugin problem. Any ideas? I really need this functionality. Actually, I'd prefer to be able to do multi-upload where it resizes all the pictures and renames them, but I know that's asking for a lot.

We run Gravity Forms both on our develop server, and on our production server. While we're very happy with its performance on the production server, the submission of the form on the develop server is very slow - it takes *minutes* for it to submit.

I assume it's a server configuration problem, but I don't know what specific configuration could be causing it. Could you please point me in any direction to look at?

You can look at an example form here: http://dev.linux.ort.org.il/nanotest/?page_id=490

I recently installed the developers version of gravity forms. I was trying to install the authorize.net add-on via the dashboard, but kept having an issue so I just downloaded it and manually uploaded it through the pluggins. I managed to get all my authorize.net info in there sucessfully. However, when I went to gravity forms to edit or add a new form, I would click on the fields on the right hand side and nothing would happen. I opened up my concole in my inspector in chrome and noticed an ajax error: "uncaught syntax error: Unexpected Token <". This would come up every time I clicked on the field on the right hand side. I deactivated all my other pluggins, uninstalled gravity forms and the authorize.net add-on, even installed wordpress 3.4 with no avail. Deleted my internet cache. Tried a different browser.

We have an install of GV where the client has created a rather large form, about 400 fields with roughly 95% of them drop downs. Each drop down has 10 - 15 options, and they is also conditional logic with most of the fields that allow other fields to display based on sections.

We are seeing issues now when the client is adding new additional fields. Looking at the network view in Chrome Dev Tools we are seeing that the /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php if returning EndUpdateForm(1); so this appears to be working.

Additionally, we have seen it return a simply -1 of which we assume is an error.

You can see the JSON that is being created here, http://www.adirondackdreamhomes.net/json.txt

Is there a finite about of data that can be passed? Are we attempting to do something that is just to complicated for the GV system? Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Thanks!
