For some reason we have found that after form submission (we also use paypal pro for payment). Users are experiencing errors saying the page cannot be loaded or found. This has now happened on IPads and in google chrome. This is resulting in people registering multiple times as they think that the original transaction did not take place (even though it did). Some are registering as many as 4 times!!!!! We check our entries each day and this is becoming a daily issue requiring multiple refunds through paypal then deletion of their entries. I'm currently using the Genesis theme in wordpress and our export tool does work. We are not on the latest version of wordpress but we last updated in December/January. (that's going to be our next step tonight) The interesting thing about this issue is that we have another almost identical install of wordpress running the same wp/plugin version that has no problem exporting the csv file. The most recent contest we are running is by far the biggest (in terms of response) that we have done and I am noticing an odd discrepancy. In the WP back-end Gravity Forms reports that there have been 210,824 views and 81,365 entries. However, when I export the entries (even using a blank date range and selecting all fields for output) I get varying numbers of records exported. One was 41,362, and then 2 minutes later I got 37,425. It's disconcerting enough that the numbers are different, but even more so that neither of them match the number of entries Gravity Forms is reporting.</p> <p>What could be going on here? </p>
