At first we thought the issue was us, so we went ahead and set the notification from gravity forms to a Gmail account, a private hosted account and a yahoo account. They all work fine. </p> <p>We then went back to Microsoft, thinking there was a SMTP block and asked them to review the logs. But one payment didn't come in after the user notified me. After digging, I found that the form entry was marked as spam. Not sure if it was a WP thing or a GF thing. Anyway, the form was taken in by the system but 1) no email notifications were sent out and 2) it appears the payment was never processed. I assume this means that the entry is pretty much dead? And I should have user repeat it?
